"Our vibrant brasserie & bar has a riot of rich jewel colours and contemporary art, this together with the buzz of guests and locals makes it a really unique little spot. Evan, Ruth and their friendly team are sure to make your visit memorable with a warm welcome for everyone. The Brasserie is the perfect place to catch up for lunch, or to mingle with friends for dinner and enjoy a much deserved glass of wine after a hectic day. All of the dishes on the menu are served in the Brasserie or – weather-permitting – on the terrace; a real sun-trap for those wishing to enjoy our impressive views over The Dales. There is an impressive selection of wines, available by the glass or the bottle and designed to accommodate all budgets."

Some of the most peculiar inefficient service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered focaccia platter and were presented with some kind of gluten free chewy watery bread instead whilst the olives and dips arrived far later. All of the mains were completely tasteless lacking any sauce or moisture including a dry pasta dish!! Whilst the burger was chewy, dry and tasteless. Also an issue arose over the advertised discount for staying in one of the hotels cottages which was handled predictably strangely and poorly by the duty manager. Can’t recommend anything more than the carrots, paprika fries and aioli!

Booked a table as a large group yet didn't really have to wait for anything. Very good service and delicious food

Pleasant venue in beautiful surroundings. Very, very good service. They really do go the extra mile. Food was very good and wholesome but not quite on a par with Brasserie Blanc, so we felt it was a little overpriced in comparison. Overall a lovely meal though.

Super friendly staff. Stunning surroundings. Lovely loos and clever self service dog washing facilities! Easy walk from the bar to Bolton Abbey along the river.

The service was ridiculously slow and occasionally non-existent, but delicious food as always. After ordering, we waited over an hour for our main courses, then we had to track down staff to order deserts and also go to find staff when our deserts hadn't arrived after waiting over 35 minutes. A great shame because the service is usually spot on!

It's pricy for what it is but very well done. Don't confuse this for a local pub it it a sit down eat.

We called in for a drink after a long walk around Bolton abbey, the staff were very welcoming with table service, the drinks were reasonably priced at £6.75 for a pint and a half of larger and lime .the outside is very large with plenty of seating with heaters also dogs are very welcome, there are also two helipads For those lucky enough to arrive by helicopter and a large carpark for the rest of us .

Have not been for a few years for obvious reasons. We really enjoyed the comeback. Quality all the way through service, food and respective prices.

This place is very nice and the food was excellent but I have to say that the service could have been a little better staff seem to be doing to much talking and not enough looking after the guests
