Kilnsey Park in Craven

Beautiful Kilnsey. If you love water, animals and a super cafe then this is the place for you. Great fishing lakes for the adults and for the children. Take home a trout for your dinner, you will not be disappointed.

As a beginner fly fisher this is an excellent venue. Caught my first trout on a dry fly , it was enormous! Great cafe on site too. Would recommend for beginners and those annoying veterans that can do their first cast and catch immediately, like my son 😁

A lovely spot in an idyllic setting. 'Tranquil' truly summed up our midweek visit. Did a 2+ hours circular walk before enjoying the excellent food in the on-site cafe. Really tasty smoked trout chowder, Victoria sponge cake and excellent coffee. Will definitely be back!

Stopped here for a coffee on a very wet & miserable Sunday.They were doing a great trade and the two guys working were really pleasant and friendly.Had a bacon & egg sandwich which was the perfect antidote to the poor weather.Hard to put my finger on it, but there was just a good vibe off the chef, seemed like a real nice guy.It ain't afternoon tea at the Ritz, but it's all the better for it 👍

Beautiful scenic place. We stopped for a while to watch the fishermen. Free to park. Went into the small gift shop, the cafe seemed quite popular. Toilets on site. There's a walk on site you have to pay. Worth a visit.

Not a bad little place. Café sells basic but decent enough grub. Didn't do the fishing as didn't want keep the fish, which is mandatory should you wish to fish. Apparently they will prepare it for you to take away. The adventure/nature trial is nice, although some people with mobility issues may find it tricky. There are nice views to be and plenty of parking on site.

Lovely place, plenty of parking and the cafe food and drinks were delicious.

Amazing place, can do fishing or can go around for a good walk and have a nice lunch in a cafe. Kids enjoyed to be here.

We went to the family fishing pond and had a great time. Wasn't too crowded and had lots of un. Person working there was really nice and showed us how to fish 😁

Set back from the road, delightful place with wonderful views of the ponds and the wharfdale scenery behind nicely landscaped grounds.A pleasure to call and enjoy, even better to check out their superb Trout fish and chips, I can't believe I've only just found this place after so long visiting this locality.Well recommended ! Your missing out if you don't go here
