Worst place to eat out.The person who was serving us commented bad things about India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. When we complained, he said, he is here to serve the white people. The food was below par. I wouldn't recommend this place.

AVIOD is my only advise. OVERPRICED, POOR QUALITY AND QUANTITY. We rang the order in as we knew it was going to take a while to make as we was a large group. We made 5 separate orders, the gentleman on the other end couldn't understand us and told us we had made 7 orders. So instead of getting it delivered we went to pick up, so there wasnt any misunderstanding. When we entered it was quite, the man was VERY rude eating his food while talking to us and spoke to us in a horrible manner. Throwing menu at one lady as she asked for a break down as it was so expensive. We order 2 donna wraps plain and donna meat and chips plain. As you can see not plain at all. Most of the wraps was salad and was not fresh! And barely any meat for the donna and chips. All the orders were wrong so when we rang up to complain he said 'I don't have time for this and hung up'. When speaking to locals they said they will never go there which to me speaks volumes for this establishment. Don't waste your time and money! You will be disappointed!

Shocking customer service , if you are in the area camping just starve it appears they have the monopoly in this area so do not care if the food is good or even the food you even ordered avoid at all costs

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered on just eat. Waited for delivery. App said delivered so I contacted the restaurant to find out why. He said they couldn’t find the address. (There’s a big sign in the front of the property in the same village as the restaurant). He was very rude, told me to come and collect as it’s only around the corner. ( how would he know that if he couldn’t find the address) Went to collect the food. It was stone cold by the time we brought it back. Very overpriced mediocre food. Pickle tray £4.25 for tiny pots, popadoms extra. Would definitely not recommend. Rude staff. No apology. As it’s the only takeaway apart from the chippy I feel they don’t care once your order is placed. Stay well clear. £82 bill for a family of 4.

SCAMMED!!!ordered a takeaway from this establishment which added up £47. Went to collect the food from travelling all the way from Long Preston. They Charged £63 and said there was no discount by paying cash which they informed us on while making the order. I took it on the chin and when I arrived I found out half the order was missing. The food was also below par. The chicken pakora was undoubtedly one of the worst things I’ve eaten from an Indian takeawayUsed to be repeat customers but we go a firm reminder as to why we started to avoid it. If you value your money and health… AVOID.

AVOID THIS PLACE.They dont charge delivery on orders over ÂŁ20 and ours was over ÂŁ25, however they rang AFTER accepting the order demanding a delivery charge of ÂŁ5 from us. We're in the middle of nowhere on a break but not far from the restaurant in a car (for them). I said we had no cash as we're away for 2 days and paid card. I asked to cancel the order, however they said they cant and i have to call just eat. I had to go grab a fiver to pay back. These jokers asked us to go back the next day at 5pm to get money back from the food they forgot to give us in the end, when we checked out at 10am. I asked if they could drop it off. Chief bell whif said they would. Of course they didnt. Really makes me angry these kind of robbing dodgy people.Eventually just eat helped after a few days and admitted these dirty rats took advantage. I truly hope they get karma and a nasty bite of it.Oh and i waited behind there place before we left the next day to walk my dogs whilst my other half went in the coop. Rats is a safe word to say.Seriously stay away from this place. Nice little italian next door is back open. Hell, even the chippy was better at the back.

How this place is still open '?we have been before not brill but decided to have another try but after reading reviews I went next door to co_op for a chicken Madras not that bad then onto restaurant to order onion bhaji and don't think owner was pleased at a small order then charged meÂŁ4.95 but as i pointed outÂŁ3.75 in takeaway menu he replied it's just a charge we put on 20%s so I said forget it please give me my money back to which he tossed it over my hand on the counter and still couldn't give me a good reason for overcharge so I won't be going back you would think all the bad reviews they would book their ideas up

My Tandoori was dry and hard. I doubt it was freshly cooked. Very disappointed as we’ve had very good meals in the past.

We used to love this place but sadly our recent experience has not been very good and we won't be customers in future.Virtually no one eats in but as there is a discount for takeaway they do a decent number. The last few times we have ordered different dishes from the menu (some quite pricey specials) but each has been nothing like the description and consisting of chicken in a basic tomato sauce with onions. No peppers, no special spices despite what we read in the menu description.I actually emailed twice to complain but received no reply or the refund I'd requested.Previously I'd ordered stuffed peppers (note the plural on the menu) but got one tiny pepper for my money.I would suggest that the management start abiding by the trades description act!

This was positively our last take away to be ordered in Ingleton .My meal was a classic for any indian cuisine enthusiast. A sheek kebab, a meat madras and a plain nan.The sheek kebab was not fully reheated and had the fat flavour of meat reheated by frying pr grilling. My plain nan could have been more baked and it was over sweet but that is just my taste preference. The curry was the biggest disappointment. The curry was little more than a liquidised sauce reduced to a uniform but near soup texture. It had an appropriate level of chilli ferocity but little in depth of the flavour provided by ginger, garlic and the classic Indian spices. In my opinion, the meat had not been cooked in the gravy. The flavour had not infused the meat and the meat was not fully tender. The shape of the meat was odd, in that it looked like it had been cut from a steak, in long thin ribbons. There were few cubes or chunks.Adding a choice of meats, or vegetables to a standard gravy is not in anyway authentic.I am convinced this take-away method, is typical of many indian take-aways and has to be totally revised. It is probably more important to do a very much reduced menu choice but cooked fresh on a daily basis in advance of the establishment opening, rather than to attempt to provide all dishes on a cook, freeze and reheat basis. The reduced menu produced in batches saves on waste and assures premium quality. Pressure cooked meats in a basis gravy ensures infused flavour. In my opinion, his take-away is probably no worse than many others. It is only the methods used that don't do it for me.
