Cosy and friendly pub with fresh beer on tap from Settle Brewery. Food is excellent too

We visited for a family meal. The staff were friendly/helpful and the food was outstanding. Everything was freshly prepared and hot when it arrived at the table. It's been voted our new favourite place to eat. Dogs are also welcome.

We stayed in Settle for a few days in March this year and the Talbot Arms was a short walk away from our accommodation. The staff were friendly and welcoming, they had a good range of local craft ales with the standard beers, wines and spirits. The food was delicious, it was well cooked and didn't take too long to get our table. I had a blue cheese burger and my other half had scampi and chips. We also had pudding as you can see from the photos, we shared two puddings being that we both love a pudding it was a Bailey's cheese cake and lemon tart both cake with the option of custard or ice cream. All in all it was a lovely meal in a cosy pub with a nice atmosphere, would recommend to a anybody staying in Settle.

Dinner booking for 4 people. All staff helpful and friendly. Good range of drinks, especially draught beers. Food good selection and quality and well presented. All good value for money. Our third visit in 15 months and will visit again when next in the area.

Just enjoyed a lovely evening with family and friends in the Talbot Arms. The table was ready for us on arrival and our food and drinks order was efficiently organised by the friendly staff. Great food served with a smile as always, which is the reason we keep returning! We WILL be back!

Great spot for an evening drink. Good local vibe with a great range of local beers on offer too. Staff are friendly and helpful, you can run tabs and they have a takeaway option for their ales too in 2 pint cartons. The food options are good and the portions are generous, I didn't eat here but plenty of people were eating and their were plenty of tables reserved for diners too.

Classic Yorkshire pub with great food, drinks (including excellent local ales) and friendly staff. A very popular and busy location with a very nice beer garden.

Gorgeous food and lovely wine - what more could you want? Lovely beer garden too.
