Bought cheese/wine tasting vouchers for Christmas presents. They were used when family members were on holiday together. Everyone enjoyed the cheese tasting session. The quality of the cheese/wine was excellent and we had a very enjoyable evening. Would highly recommend. Hope to visit the shop.

Really enjoyed our visit. The cheese shop was an experience with friendly instruction about the cheese with some cheese tasting. It was a large family visit and we all bought some cheese which was delicious. There is a wine shop on site.

Was out for a ride & on the last minute, noticed a small sign on the opposite side of the road which read Cheese & Wine?Being a Cheese lover, we had to turn the car around & go back as we had already drove passed.Upon entering we were greeted with a very friendly/knowledgeable member of staff who insisted on us trying different cheeses, (I was in heaven!)🧀Could have spent a fortune in there.Would have given 5 stars, but as mentioned, maybe consider a bigger signpost, & positioned just before The Courtyard Dairy so it gives people chance to pull over.If you're not from the area, you'd never know this little gem was hidden behind the trees.

Lovely welcoming cheese shop, very friendly staff who are keen to help, keen to let you taste anything and no obligation to purchase. So passionate about local cheese and we'll set up for when it's busy. It was great to taste everything before we bought it.

What a fantastic evening, we did the virtual blue cheese and port tasting.I wasn't sure what to expect but the cheeses were amazing and the port equally as good. Certainly well worth the money and Andy was so knowledgeable. Anyone looking for a gift that is something a little bit different this is certainly it. Couldn't recommend them enough. 👌

A must visit place for your cheese shopping. They have a small vending machine for coffee and cheese which is like fresh from farm.We bought some cheese, had coffee and ice cream too.Everything was freshly made.

·

Incredibly knowledgeable staff and an amazing range of excellent quality products.Their cheesemaking course is very practical and a good insight into the world.

Amazing cheese shop, you can taste the different varieties too. They sell other bits like butter, chutney and crackers. There’s also a nice wine shop and self service ice cream and coffee in the courtyard. If you’re in the area, it’s totally worth a visit!

Passed here while driving to York. Mental note to self, 'stop there on the way back'.What a good decision that was!Wandered in to the wine shop first, not seeing the very clear & obvious sign on the door, indicating the cheese shop was further along. Had a chat with the guy there and left with a couple of bottles of red. Then, in to the cheese shop, where the ladies serving were great. Very helpful & informative and clearly passionate about cheese. Gave us the background to each one, where made, how old the recipe was etc and offered a taste of each one we were talking about. For example, we tasted three different types of Wensleydale before choosing which to go for (all were good!)There are two problems with The Courtyard Dairy.Firstly, I haven't got a fridge big enough for everything.Secondly, it is a long way from the Isle of Man.

Honestly loved the whole experience tasted every cheese and left with so much cheese to fill the fridge. The lady who served us was so nice and told us about the people who made the cheese which made the experience a lot more personal. Will be coming again!!!
