The Foresters Arms in Craven

It's a really freindly place to go. The food is good but the beer is brilliant. ☺️🌈

We were there for a wedding, quaint pub, the staff very helpful the only thing I will say is we got room two, with a very low door frame, being 6ft 2 inches hit my head numerous times and have the bumps to prove it. The room had no hot water and the bathroomlight took an eternity to come on after the switch was turned on. Also if in bed before 1oclock very noisy from downstairs in the pub. The breakfast was very nice no problems with the service all in all a great weekend.

Dropped in to try and find someone and ended up staying for a drink. The barman was really friendly and really helpful. Nice atmosphere - seemed like a fantastic, traditional pub.

Lovely food, nice pleasant staff just what you want on a day out.

We only had lunch. Average. Cosy atmosphere. Lunch was nothing special and that is why we gave three stars. Both had blue cheese burger and chips. Generous portion. Salty.

I said I wanted to travel in Yorkshire and meet the locals and thats exactly what I got. I stayed here for 2 nights. Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great. The pub is right underneath my room. If you are the kind of person who likes to go to bed early, maybe this is not the place for you. Because you will hear everything. One night there was live music at the pub and the place was packed. So I told myself, you are here. So if you cant beat them, you might as well join them. Thats exactly what I did. Stayed until the musicians packed their stuff. Chatted with few locals like a farmer, a bar owner from across the street and a married couple who came in for a drink. Took time to finished my drink until Phil, the owner, gave an empty pint to take back home to NY. I guess his gentle way of telling me to “go to bed now”.And that night I slept like a baby.So as I am watching the second season of All Creatures Great and Small, and whenever I re-watch the shows again in the future, I will definitely remember my stay at The Foresters Arms.

An excellent traditional pub in the centre of Grassington. Very friendly landlord and staff. Great food, beer and entertainment. Dog and walker friendly. I would recommend.

Fab local pub in the middle of the village. Very friendly staff and great food. Stayed here for two nights and had a great time.

A warm friendly pub with fire pool table and TV for footy. We ate here and it was very good. Appreciated the bowl with the chips was hot ! 😀🍺👍

Great food. Great atmosphere. The server with the dark hair serving the bar area was very nice. The server with blonde hair? Not so much.
