Great. Gorgus seating. Great beer and Drinks. Food looked Good. Will go back for a meal .

Beautiful food, lovely atmosphere and service with a smile. Not over priced for a country pub/eatery either. Locals are friendly welcoming and fun too. We will definitely eat and drink here again soon.

Absolutely superb Sunday lunch at the Swan today. Food was amazing, very helpful and friendly staff and nice decor. I’d highly recommend and they serve food all day at the weekend . Will definitely be going again!

Had a lovely Steak here, pleasant surroundings friendly staff and welcoming locals. Dog friendly and cosy. Can't wait to visit this hidden gem again soon.

Short staffed and busy when we last went but food overall was good and even though clearly very busy the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely return at a quieter time to try again

Absolutely tremendous pub. Food was amazing. Staff very polite and friendly. The pub it's self is very well decorated and clean. Couldn't want for anything more, would definitely call in when next in the area

The pub itself is done up nicely- if you're gonna dine stick to burgers. Starters good but enormous, any none burger main seems poor (from seeing my dad's and surrounding tables the vegetables are almost soup consistency and his duck breast also tough and over cooked) the "chef" is probably all ready boiling the sprouts for Christmas.Friendly bar staff

Excellent food, very friendly staff, and social distancing protocols in place. Awesome very garden with a view of the old cotton mill. Everything was great, would definitely come back if in the area

Vegan review:Stopped here on our way home from walking up Pen-y-Ghent. It was extremely busy as it was a bank holiday but we phoned half an hour ahead and were able to secure a table in the bar! Our friend’s dog was with us and there were lots of other dogs in the bar area too.There was plenty to choose from on the vegan menu! I opted for Penang curry which came with turmeric rice. I ordered extra curry sauce which wasn’t a problem! The food was lovely, I did keep adding salt and pepper though!There were 4 vegan desserts to decide between, these were listed on the normal menu. I went for the raspberry and almond tart which came with soya cream, this was nice but could’ve been a bit sweeter!I also had a decaf, caramel latte with almond milk.A couple of the items were listed as vegan by mistake, so just check before you order.The service was pretty quick, the food was good and the atmosphere was great, and prices were reasonable.Chocolate was served with the bill, not vegan though.I’d come here again!
