We had a 6th birthday party here for my son on the weekend for 20 kids. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Amy especially went above & beyond to make sure we were all happy. The food was good. Play area clean. Very attentive staff. It wasn’t rushed at all like most kids parties are. A good price also, party bags & invites included along with a good selection of hot food. Thank you very much for making my sons day special.

Went with my extended family for a meal out. The kids enjoyed the play area. The food was excellent and the drinks good. The staff, Heather, Emma, Amy, Lee and Tom were very professional and pleasant. This was a wonderful evening and folk look forward to returning soon.

Three of us had meal on 3/5/22 and unfortunately I have to say we were NOT impressed! The gammon was overcooked and the fries tasted as if they had been kept warm for ages before being served to us. The fish was the only dish that had taste. Even the coffees were insipid and cool. However the server kindly replaced the coffees with our choice of cold drink. All in all we decided that we will not be returning to eat there again. The staff were friendly and I don’t blame them.

Shocking food. Ordered steak and ale our couldnt cut through the pastry as had been microwaved within an inch of it's life despite still being lukewarm. Table spoon of mash to go with it also cold. Don't know why I bother food is always terrible here

Definitely can't cook a steak by grades... Probably not their fault, its not often someone asks for something other than well done steak, but Medium isn't that hard to judge... Burnt bacon too. I did wonder why it was taking a while to cremate the food. Can't be one star, as staff were great, and all was as should be expected from a brewers fayre. And of course like a true English man, didn't complain as I was hungry.

We came here for a family dinner. There's free parking and wifi. Service was pretty good. We ordered food and drinks. The drinks came quickly. When the food arrived, my meal didn't. We queried this and apparently the haddock and chips was off the menu but no-one had bothered to tell us. I had to re-choose something and went for the fish pie. Not sure I'd come here again.

The food was pretty good to be fair, once you've chosen a dish they actually have available. The issue was, within those walls I seemed to be invisible, I contemplated sprawling across the floor and playing dead just to get some attention, but decided they would probably walk right over me. I had to go to the bar for every interaction. When someone shows you to a table they should then follow it up with telling you to order at the bar, otherwise you'll be waiting a very long time. It's McDonald's rules, which I'm not a big fan of (outside McDonald's)Breakfast buffet was good though.

Greeted by a friendly helpful member of staff that's where it ended. Ordered our food at 18:29, 2x fish n chips and 1 burger and chips so nothing too hard to cook and the resteraunt was empty except for 1 family eating and 1 who had ordered, so after 35 minutes of waiting I went and asked how long it would be, the member of staff disappeared into kitchen and nothing so went back to my table 10 minutes later he appears with 2 x over cooked fish and chips and a burger that according to the menu has creamy coleslaw what we got was two big lumps of red cabbage (see photos). Unfortunately due to being short of time because I had to have my Grandchildren back home for a certain time I didn't have time to wait to speak to the manager. I would strongly recommend against visiting this establishment because God only knows what the wait time and food quality would be like if they had been busy. Do I really need to add I won't ever go here ever again and I use Brewers fayre quite a lot via staying in Premier Inn due to my job and this is by far the worst I've ever been in.
