Worst takeaway I’ve had in Doncaster. How these continue to keep selling food I do not know. I’ve avoided it for ages but I was really hungry and didn’t want to wait and it’s the closest takeaway so thought I’d give it a go and I regret it massively!

Food is always great and delivered on time.e.

Half an hour after ordering I get a text saying sorry we’re closed. Now got to wait 3-5 days to get a refund too. Ridiculous why didn’t it say this when I ordered? You’ve lost a long term customer!

When i phone for a delivery the delivery turns up(hungry as usual), the delivery driver has no change and tells me he will square me up next time 👍 then i open up into my burger only to find 2 flys!! Underneath my burger!! No appologies whatsoever. I asked for the manger who came on the phone and he accused me of tellin bim pork pies and said how does he k ow the flys arnt from my house(absoloute cheek!) because id obviously waste my time phoning them bk up... then i ask what he can do about this to which he replied "do not order from ther again if im not happy.. This is my local pizza shop and they have not made me feel like i ever want to order from them ever again!! Later when i posted to my friends one of them replied who was a delivery driver for the company. He told me they had orders coming bk all the time complaining a out flys. I have pictures i was discusted. They have a 5 star food rating on hygiene im sorry to say this but what an absoloute fraud.

Ordered a mixed kebab and Bolognese pizza, not a lot of meat on the kebab, but the worst by far was the Bolognese pizza, that was disgusting!! This was confirmed by everyone in my house, it just tasted of stale mince! No sauce just stale mince and cheese!! We will not be using them again I can assure you. Disgusting.

Ordered a mixed kebab, burger and chips, my partner struggled to eat his kebab it was just about edible there was also grease dripping out of the bag it was delivered in! the chips looked and tasted like they'd been reheated 5 times and the burger was like horse meat with soggy old lettuce on! Not good!!

Ordered kebab with Chili n mayo chips and side salad.Got a kebab I wouldn't let my dog eat, chips looked and tasted like they'd been fried at least twice, no mayo or side salad.Rung up to complain and guy said he'd ask chef(I'd use that term very loosely), he ain't gonna say yeah I sent out garbage. plus ain't gonna help me, so why bother.Safe to say won't order owt from burger Jim again lesson learned.
