First time and the last. Awful in every way. Garlic bread a joke salad? What salad. Poor chicken and sad burger. Don't bother just order efes

Delivery time was showing as 50mins but didn't have to wait no where near as long. They rang to double check the special message on the order. Top customer service, fast delivery. Food was hot and yummy!

Whilst the food supplied was of a good standard we ordered a 12 piece boneless box with 3 sides included, we received a 10 piece box with one side, noticing the missing side we called and waited 30 mins for missing item to find missing chicken, whilst apologetic was over hungry to wait a further 30 mins for missing chicken was unit an option. I am seriously concerned that servers cannot count to 12! Finally received a refund for 2 missing pieces but experience affected will not use again!

WRONG AGAIN AND AGAIN!!Always order online so it should be a no brainer their end to send the right order..., right? Unfortunately not, everytime we order it's wrong or items are missing and they never correct the order or give refund. Tonight my sister made the usual order and they yet AGAIN made a MISTAKE. This time they said they wanted the whole order back for 1 item wrong but due to the kids already eating some of it they said they were only willing to send out bbq sauce to pour over the tomato sauce THEY put on the bbq Texan chicken base pizza by mistake. Totally disgusted by their lack of customer service and their total unwillingness to correct a mistake THEY made. On top of which everything was super salty and dry due to being over cooked.If you want a KFC experience then go to KFC because at least they will correct you're order and they will give you good customer service without the excuses or empty promises.

This place is great, seriously the food is fantastic. New owners have kept the food quality high, and theyre so friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Had a couple of mix ups in the past and they sort it straight away.The fries are amazing with paprika, and the boneless chicken is beautiful, especially when its cooked crispy and golden.Delivery can sometimes be very quick. I had an order delivered within 15-20 mins of calling which is great, and the new phone app is just the best thing ever 👍

Amazing chicken,Good prices, Great delivery time. Came to my door in about 45min the delivery driver forgot my drink and went out of his way to get me one from the shop. I genuinely think the chicken is better than KFC definitely going again.
