What a difference from one day to another with staff at this outlet I came yesterday and was late by thier opening times I asked if I was too late for a drink and the girls were only yo happy to make me one without issue however I turn up today definitely not late with 8 minutes before closing time to be told sorry we are closed whilst serving two customers

During the time of COVID there's no seating area.So we had to find somewhere in the entrance but on the way as all the other seats were taken. If COVID wasn't a thing and I wasent trying to get out of the Hospital ASAP they I definitely would've stayed for the food.Sandwiches, toasties baguettes and a yummy looking dessert option.

Have used this Costa quite a bit over the years and usually I am quite happy with the latte's I buy but what really annoys me is when I ask for "extra hot please" and it turns out to B drinkable straight down. I like to spend a few minutes to enjoy my latte without having to drink it quickly before it becomes too cool. Please give the customer what they ask for.

Great place to stop and take a break from shopping, everything you could need is within easy reach once you've parked your car. Feel like a break & a snack or one of Costa coffees wonderful desert's, they may be small but there tasty for sure. The only reason I haven't given them 5 star's is the fact the lovely staff can be rushed of there feet and this makes it difficult for a proper clean up sometimes & O for one don't like sitting having my break in less than a spotless area. Only a small problem though, so if you need a break from shopping or your wife needs a break from you, or you get out in time out. You'll not be well looked after here.

Shocking customer service. We went to costa before visiting a family member in hospital, the staff where rude, impolite and very eager to have an early finish. We went down at around 7:30pm to be told ‘sorry love, no service because the tills have crashed’ so i said ‘ok’ and went back to visiting my family member. I went back down 15 minutes later to see if the tills were back on and i was told no again, the lady didn’t even turn around to face me, so i asked the lady if i could pay with change and she said abruptly, ‘only if you have it exact’, she still wasn’t facing me, and i told her yes. I asked for a latte, she made it me and held out her hand, no please or thank you, for the money. I asked her ‘is that my latte?’ And she said, rudely, ‘i hope so’ and walked off.Very shocking customer service in a place that should be welcoming.

Coffee was fine. Place was immaculate. Our table was really wobbly (dangerously so), so we reported it and moved. A waitress came and put a napkin under it and made out that it was ok. I had to go to the table and demonstrate how bad it was. The waitress just walked off and left it.We expressed our concern that a child could easily have hot coffee spilled on them.

On visiting Doncaster Royal Infirmary for a late afternoon appointment required a snack & hot drink prior to visit.2 toasties were hot and delicious. Drinks were also hot. The service was excellent. The only negative comment was there were only 2 members of staff at the counter with a steady stream of customers and the tables were left with dirty crockery on them till attended just prior to us leaving. This was a good visit.
