Worst place to order very poor customer service skills by the lady that answers. Ordered a Ben & berry’s chocolate fudge instead been sent a completely different ice cream and when I called back the lady just made excuses to why she didn’t confirm with me if it’s ok and then just hanged up.

A tray of chips some doner meat and a bit of chicken and a can of pop ten pound, what a proper rip off, and its partially cold, wont ever be going there again, i wish i could upload a photo for you, to show how much of a rip off it is.

Pizza come not warm and dry fries was cold and dry driver forgot drinks as well what was on the order . Very poor service and food quality. Never again

I've been ordering food from here for about 20years but recently the food has gone down hill. Then when my wife rang up regarding the hard burnt buns and no donor meat on either chiefs special burger. Was spoken down to by the person on the end of the phone. We will not be eating here again. 1 star is to many.

Be it a cheeky weekday fast food fix or end of the night munchy mixed meat pizza this place hits the spot 😋

Have ordered many times from cypress gardens and have always been happy with the service and quality of food until my last order, after ordering for a specific time for delivery, unfortunately my order arrived 1 hour 30 mins early. I spoke with the shop and they sent a driver back to collect and advised they would deliver at the requested time slot. They did re deliver and when I opened the food felt a little disappointed, the pizza base and garlic bread was very dry and hard the chips where dry., the meat was ok but certainly not up to the usual standard we have had previously. Not sure if this was my original order sent back, although I would like to think an eatery would not do that.

Order from Cyprus Gardens via just eat. Overdone hard chicken shish kebab.Bolognese chips where tasteless, and garlic bread pizza which was free was swimming with cheese and tasteless very poor.and very disappointed

Order food to arrive after 8.30pm. Yet food arrives at 7pm. Why? It specifically states what time I order food for going through the JustEat app. Food was lukewarm when it arrived. Parts of the order were missing. Very poor service from Cyprus Garden.If you want food from there order it at the actual takeaway after a night out. Dont order over the phone or by a 3rd party app.

Food gives my taste buds a party, so thumbs up there. The place is nice and clean, lighting is bright. You can watch TV while waiting for your order too which is cool I guess, although there is no volume so you'll have to lip read.The kitchen is very open so you can watch the chef's skills in action as they craft the edible you are about to consume. One final recommendation is the chilli sauce, it's creation should be thanked dearly, the taste is a taste to be tasted indeed.Great takeaway.
