Good atmosphere they let us in early by 45 minutes even though we had booked. Good was good and freshly prepared. With 30% off mains if you had been to the cinema who could complain at that. Staff were great and the place was full. Would be give stars but good was a little a little too salty for our taste.

Had a lovely family meal here. Staff were lovely & very patient with my 2 elderly aunties who took forever to decide what they wanted. Food was delicious too

nice food good quality and decent amount.only down side was we went in with my guide dog as it opened i asked for somewhere suitable with more space but they said they are all booths in there now and the gap between the booth chat and the table let where we was we had to tuen our feet sideways to get in. that wadnt an issue for us but it also meant the space too tight for my guide dog to go under the table so he had to sit in walkway where waiters needed to go past so wasnt ideal. it was nearly empty so staff could had placed us in a more suitable place so at least he could sit out the staffs way.but food is very nice and would go again

Overall this experience was very poor, the waiter was rude and the food was cold.Lengthy review:The food we received was very cold, we asked for it to be reheated and the server gave us side-eye.Although half of our food was cold, we only asked for 1 dish to be reheated as the waiter was rude and didn't want the hassle. When we got the food back it seemed it was heated in a microwave, we mentioned this to the waiter and she said "I don't know, I'm just a server" she then proceeded to say "You don't have to be rude to me"

Kerry was incredibly helpful and sat us at our dining time even though we were running late. Sam was our waiter, incredibly helpful and polite. Amazing food and drinks with prompt service

The lady’s Infront of us where extremely loud and drunk and was speaking very inappropriately. I did not like there style of language at all and we are all young teenagers eating a meal! Ruined my day!! And the manager making inappropriate jokes to the women making all the noise. There was also two younger women sad at the table near us threaten to fight us(knock our heads off) and calling me huge #insecure please report them. My friend had a mental breakdown in the toilets because of the nasty comments firing at us.

Grand children love it here very quiet for 6 30 think this is the impact of new eateries. A little disappointed with Pasta carbonara . .no one came to check back. Not the place it once was probably visit again but only for the children

It’s not exactly fine dining, but I felt the portions sizes were good and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite being very busy on a Saturday evening they were able to get us a table after just a short wait at the bar. Lovely family friendly atmosphere. Our food was quick to be served. Presentation of the food wasn’t great, I had ribs which were filling although a little dry and an inedibly overcooked piece of corn, my husband’s burger was very tasty. Mixed feelings about the food, but the staff were gems.

Was upset when I saw my salad as it served with no sense of style, just dumped everything on the plate. It looked like they used tinned chicken in it, even did not try to grill it 😖. My husband's pizza looked the same as 3 y.o.cooking. The photos are attached for demonstration. However, it tasted much better than it looked, that's why 3 stars. My best advice is to hire someone who has good sense of food design and can serve the dishes so they do not look like a cheap canteen garbage.

I went in for dinner last night with a few friends and I must say the food was lovely but the service was even better. Our waitress was called gen (at least that was the name on the top of the receipt) and she was very attentive and made us feel very relaxed and well looked after. I myself am pescatarian and also have an allergy to milk and the waitress immediately asked if I wished to see the the allergy information and options that would be well suited alongside a vegan menu for convenience. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great between the team members and there was a great sense of teamwork between managers and staff. I also think the new refurb will do wonders for the future of the restaurant. Will definitely be returning.
