Fratelli's in Doncaster

Visited last saturday, firstly once seated me and my wife was asked if we wanted a drink so we ordered drinks then we was left for twenty minutes before we was asked if we wanted another drink, so same again we ordered more drinks then we was told by the waiter give me ten minutes we will take your order we dont want the chef to get into a frenzy with too many orders, eventually we were asked what we wanted both me and my wife declined starters but then was told it would be a 40 minute wait if we didn't order starters, so my wife ordered two lamb chops, when they arrived they came on a massive plate with two tiny lamb chops half a cherry tomato a piece of cucumber and two tiny bits of lettuce, my wife was so hungry she ate them in two bites and the salad was an insult. 50 minutes later the food arrived a piece of steak on a plate for £13.99 plus sides had to be paid for seperate at various costs we had onion rings garlic mushrooms and chunky chips what a joke 8 chips each, two onion rings and a few garlic mushrooms and two sauces which had to be purchased sepetately also lets just say the sides we ordered were winning no prizes and to me and my wifes amazement the tomato ketchup on our table was being passed around the restaurant for everyone to use oh and my wifes chair fell through which ment she had to stand up and wait for a chair to be brought from the cellar. So to some it all up if you want 2 hours wait for your food, to be forced to have a starter and happy to recieve enough food to feed a sparrow this is your restaurant if not go elsewhere.

Absolutely brilliant here, the food is first class every time we come here, the staff very welcoming and friendly, can't fault anything with this place, it perfect 👍

Service although friendly was sadly lacking, ie pots left and glasses left on the table to long, even though it wasn't to busy. Sauces where cold, which they gave a partial refund on, shame coffee takes absolutely ages, was offered a coke while it was being made, then forgotten altogether.

Zammutos tonight. 1st visit and loved it.Lamb cutlets to start, 8oz fillet with Diane sauce, chips, haw haw beans, garlic mushrooms and onion rings!!!! Melt in the mouth steak 😋Staff very friendly and attentive. Excellent service and great prices. We all had 3 drinks each plus desserts and coffees.£60 per couple.Highly recommend it and will definitely return!!!

Amazing food and the waitress was wonderful and couldn't do enough for is. Very reasonably priced. The only negative would be the booking system and that they don't open on Sundays.

Best steakhouse in Doncaster. Visited recently and had the calamari to start, fillet steak with chunky chips and Yee-Haw beans after. All absolutely packed with flavour!!Paid approx £25pp with a bottle of red wine, which is incredible value when you consider the quality of the meal. Can’t wait to come back

Only been once as a Saturday night walk in!Staff was friendly steak was excellent, prices are very good in comparison to other steak houses without compromising on quality!Haven't had the chance to go back yet but most certainly will be doing!

- Friendly staff- Clean establishment.Unfortunately we was given the centre table and people was walking around us quite a lot.But once we was eating it we didn't realise to much.Food was fantastic, the price is cheap compared to the surrounding venues that have upped their price.For example, £3 for a JD & Coke.Compared to the surround places charging as much for £4.80 for a single and £5.60 for a double.(no joke, it's a very real thing). 😩Toilets are upstairs and I'm uncertain about one for disabled users.It's a fairly high step to walk in.Hope this may help.
