Kfc in Doncaster

Ordered an order through Deliveroo and a number of items were missing. The portions of chips were smaller than small and thrown into the box meals. All the food looked like it was left over from lunch. And this isn't the first time this has happened. Will definitely not use Deliveroo again to order from this restaurant or visit in person. A good way to rip off customers!

I would’ve given a -5 if I could have. The digital order screens weren’t working, they had no drinks because they had no cups to serve them in! They were offering sides instead but had run out of them too! The girl serving at the till had a massive love bite on her neck! The service is absolutely appalling. They need to employ people who know what they are doing! A few weeks ago I went in and ordered a rice box. The rice was that well done I could pick up the whole lot in one piece and the chicken was frazzled and burnt.

So after collecting Son from University for Easter break what better take out is there... Amazing food as always can happily recommend the Party bucket there is so much and it's all delicious. Plus despite the school holidays and Queues it was great service. 👍

Only giving one star because I have to. Terrible service. Waited 15 mins to actually place our order whilst stood at the front of the queue. The touch machines were out of order so I couldn’t even use them. Then had to wait another 10 mins for our food. Items missing from order. Would have been quicker to drive to the other side of town and order from another kfc

Thankfully more hit than miss which seems to be the case for most fast food restaurants. Looses a star due to wait times when the drive through is busy but food is good and staff are polite.

Absolute joke food was so greasy it fell through the box on to floor delivery driver was very apologetic even though the fault completely lay’s with the restaurant, driver offered to pick up again, restaurant refused, completely unhelpful…. Even asking for the food back if we wanted a refund, I mean what are they going to do with it?

The staff don’t listen to you when you place your order. Just ordered and they managed to get 2 items right. I didn’t receive either the Mayo or other dip I requested and they didn’t get my other side right, regardless of me not rushing them and having to park up for the rice to be made. You really need to listen to what customers are ordering rather than talking to your mates/ colleagues.

Just ordered through Just eat, sent half our order that would feed 1 of my kids not the family off 4, called thorne Road kfc to which I got passed to 3 people and there solution to it was could I come in (I wouldn't have ordered if I could) or go through website for a refund... thanks for your help NOT. Lost my custom £32 pound to you, 0 food for my tea to me

The food was alright, nothing to write home about but the drive through massively lets down the restaurant. It took roughly 20+ minutes for my order to be taken. I went at the least busiest times. Definitely the place you wouldn't want to visit on your lunch hour!

Don’t have KFC very often but fancied one today. Not busy but the drive through was really slow. Only 3 cars in front but still took fifteen minutes to get through. When got home both meals were wrong. Food was barely warm and the gravy was like tar. Now I remember why we don have it very often. Always disappointed.
