McDonald's in Doncaster

Very grateful to the fantastic customer service from Diane. She opened the upstairs for us after she could see that we were struggling to seat seven 11 year olds for a birthday. Thank you so much.

Always seems clean in there, I didn’t have to wait long. The food was nice like every other McDonald’s I’ve never really eaten in there because it seems busy a lot.

Went in at 13.35 and the shift manager can't remember her name but she seemed abit rude when asked for a bag to carry my food,then asked for some sauce and it seemed that she had to go out her way to do itAlso there was few staff members huddled talking and few other customers commented on this while I was waitingVery disappointed asusually in your restaurants customer service is brill

Went in with app to redeem offer, they couldn't sort it out, so I had to leave without food and offer still on my phone app.

Just not enough room for social distancing and people from uber eats were collecting without any masks and were pushing their way into the public. Not nice in a pandemic. But thats not mcdonalds fault.... Just not much room.

No table service for users without app.. Burgers burnt, too dry. Ordered dippers and none got served. Screen with collection numbers don't work so someone just shouts numbers that you can barely hear. Not happy at all.

Worst McDonald's I've ever had. Burgers were freshly made but completely cold. Was changing trains so had no time to return my meal which I absolutely would have done. Probably stop eating there after this experience.

Boggles my head when Google asks me to review a mcdonalds. It's pretty much the same as all of 'em. Apart from the ones that have a kids play bit. This one doesn't have one of those.

I'm giving 4⭐ because I arrive at appox 17:05. It's usually busy and the upstairs is shut off, so I have to sit with complete strangers, if I get to sit at all while I wait for my granddaughter to do her training. I like to sit at a table as the stools are too high for me and I cant rest my back.Credit where its due, they are fast at serving and the place is usually clean. You cant hold the staff responsible for idle customers just dumping their trays near the bins if they even get that far!!

The picture says it all... please be more careful when you prepare, because one day you might serve someone with allergy reactions. Bacon and Fish is not the same thing.
