This is by far my favourite take away in Doncaster ..The Lamb shish is amazing and Donor meat just as lovely , We've never had a bad meal from here

We ordered from here through Uber eats, after 1 hour 45 of no order arriving I rang up to see where the order was. They told me it was 5 minutes away. Another 30 minutes later there was still no order so I called again and was told there had been a mix up and our order had been left with another customer. They said the driver had gone back to the other customer to collect our order. We asked if the order had been left with the customer and they then said no it hadn’t. 5 minutes later the driver arrived with our order so my partner asked if the order had been left with another customer and she said yes if had and that she couldn’t lie. We therefore didn’t accept the order as it have been left at another customers house for a period of time. So not only will the food have been cold but there is also a risk the food and packaging may have been contaminated if the other household was covid positive. Absolutely disgusting considering the current circumstances. We tried to call them to rectify however they are avoiding calls. I will raise the issue with Uber eats for a refund. (They don’t even deserve the 1 star rating but I have no option to put this in order to write this review)

Will not be ordering from this place ever again, and if you have any intolerances or allergies, I sincerely urge you not to as well.The food is actually quite good, but the last 3 times we've ordered from them we haven't received what we ordered and paid for. This culminated recently when they delivered a calzone with mushrooms in to me.I have an intolerance to mushrooms.After throwing up for the better part of half an hour, I now have a night of bloating, stomach pain, and running back and forth to the toilet to look forward to, nevermind that I won't be able to eat when I'm feeling like this.People order what they order because they want that food, not because they want whatever you feel like stuffing into the bag for them, damned be their intolerances and allergies.

Have ordered from this place twice. The first time they completely missed my order and delivered it over an hour late. The second time I ordered again through Uber Eats, The order came 90 minutes late. When I called up the number they assured me that it was five minutes away. It then took another 45 minutes to get here. When the food turned up it was cold and stay on so I tried to call the restaurant again and they seem to be ignoring calls. Avoid this garbage place!!!

Would give no stars if i could. Ordered via uber eats the meal deal of 2 14" square pizzas with 2 x chips and a drink. When order got delivered we received 2 12" round pizzas instead. Called up just to be told that uber eats got the menu wrong so the deal wasone 14 " pizza or 2 12" pizzas. Or we could cancel the order and they would pick the food back up. Since the order was delivered we cannot cancel but had to go the route of causing a ticket for the wrong order. So we waited for an hour for them to deliver an order far smaller than was stated for the same money, now we have to try chase uber for our money back, we had to reorder elsewere and 4 hours later we are still waiting for them to collect the wrong order when we are waiting to go to bed. Do not recommend in a million years!

Ordered on the website. Food turned up cold and missing a portion of coleslaw that cost me £2. Tried to call the restaurant 20 and no one answered just kept ringing then cutting off. Will never order again

Absolute rubbish! Our food arrived late and was freezing cold. We called the restaurant about our order only for the person on the other end of the phone to be extremely rude. Their customer service is appalling and we certainly won't be ordering from them again.

Really nice pizzas. FREINDLY staff. Fresh delicious base. Only 4 stars cos I didn't get sauce and menu i asked for. Otherwise 5 star for the food.

Ordered through just eat (who were helpful when I complained to them) given a one hour delivery time, after an hour and 15 mins I phoned asking where my order was, they assured me it was on its way, after another 30 mins had passed I contacted just eat... who were investigating what the delay was, 15 minutes later whilst I was still dealing with just eat the restaurant cancelled the order, so 2 hours after ordering, one hour after I should have had food, they cancelled the order. Only positive note is that just eat handle complaints very well and apologised for the restaurant. Unfortunately I cannot rate zero stars as that would be a true reflection of the service I received from this joke of an establishment.
