Papa John's in Doncaster

This was a fantastic takeaway to go with a friend, where we used a newspaper offer to get ourselves a large pizza each! The counter was run by friendly staff and features nice designs with cleanliness maintained, like the rest of the store. Our service was fast so I don't know what has been going on for those leaving bad reviews and the Chicken, Bacon, Fresh Tomatoes and Onions pizza was yummy with a garlic butter dip!

Ordered for 730 delivery, app showed that it had been delivered 10 minutes before. I rang the restaurant during this period, and they assured me that it was a glitch and it was on its way. When it arrived, still warm, order was correct even though we had a 50 50 pizza. Tasty too

Paid £15 for a small pizza, pepperoni was out of date with rusty taste.Couldn't eat it. Not coming back

Used to be better, customer service is disappointing. Not updating the status on the tracker staff was chatting instead. Contaminated veg pizza with meat multiple times on previous occasions. New bbq chicken and bacon "papadia" is literally folded bbq chicken pizza. Not worth it.

Shameful service, ordered two vegan pizzas and some sides, only one pizza was vegan (the cheese was non vegan and it contained pepperoni)When I rang to change the pizza I was put on hold for 5 minutes while my food went cold. When the manager finally spoke he was disinterested told me I was lying, which obviously set me a bit on edge and then proceeded to tell me I only ordered one pizza.When I asked for his name he wouldn't give me it. So I've just spent £30 on food that is cold. Never again am I using papa John's pizza. Go else where.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! It took over two hours for a pizza to arrive. By the time it did it was freezing cold, I had rang the restaurant multiple times but to no answer.

They took over 2 hours to serve us and arrived for 2 large pizzas both stone cold and poor damp soggy quality and then they refused to give us their head office number and the manager was frankly aggressive and mean

Relocated to Doncaster recently but wasn't ready to try out the local cuisine instead, this time ordered Papa Johns and thought the quality and service would be the same as in London. Nope! Waited for a total 1 hour 40 minutes for the pizza but never arrived. Called the store but was told the driver was on the way. LOL, 5 minutes journey takes you nearly 2 hours to deliver the pizza, gotta be a joke, huh? Moreover, your delivery man dumped the pizza after the order was cancelled on the top of the trash can in the public place which is illegally in this country, don't tell me you was not aware of that! Will I order the pizza in this place? Never.

Someone must not like their job at Papa John's.The white pizza table was pierced through the pizza box, the sauce was placed upside down, leaking. Quality seal wasn't even on properly on one of the pizzas. Two drinks were ordered, one came different to the order, in which the delivery guy replied with "we didn't have the other one in stock" The thing is, what if I don't think this drink? How ridiculous.

Ordered a pizza from here for delivery. Came to eating the pizza and there was black and grey pieces of hair. When I rang up the shop to tell them. He said no one has black or grey hair so can’t be from them. Wouldn’t give me a refund either. Very hard to understand them due to the staff speak very little English. Kept getting passed to 2 members of staff one was of an Indian accent and the other was of a Turkish accent who apparently said was manager think his name is hachi . All in all very rude no respect for customers. No wonder it’s not a busy takeaway. Needs new staff that can do a job properly. Will not be ordering off here and will be contacting their head office
