Posh charcoal in Doncaster

What has happened to Posh Charcoal Balby. I have been ordering for years always good. Ordered a few weeks ago what a change. Thought it was a one off. Afraid not. Quantity was poor even tho the prices have escalated. The delivery time trebled. Do not use even the chicken wasnt the moist big chunks it was before. Its now dry and does not seem the same quality. The coleslaw was halfed in quantity but price remains the same. What has happened???

Long standing customer but recent bad service has left a bad taste in my mouth. Ordered one of their Parmezans and they put the salad on top of the parm like it was a topping, the food was cold and I'm pretty sure my chicken wasn't properly cooked in places. They can be really incredible but they've just been missing the mark lately, very disappointed

Best kebab I ever had. Highly recommended. Pizza is hot and deserts are fabulous.

Food was lovely! All tastes really nice and great portions. Could've been more salad with the house amazing kebab but otherwise not a bad thing to say!

The food is always warm & nice tasting and great value for money (especially the meal dsals), so happy we've got a good local takeaway! The staff are also very nice whenever interacting with them whether it be on the phone or in the shop.

Friendly team, fresh food, quick prep time, affordable prices, loyalty points in app. What more do you actually need ?

I have been using "Posh Charcoal" for a number of months and the food has always been great, with a great delivery service ! Everything always arrives hot and on time and I would highly recommend giving it a try.

Order a donner kebab and I received a bag of meat

I will not be ordering from here again. Made an order with the restaurant, the majority of the food was good, except for one of the Calzones which was barely filled and particularly lacking cheese even though I specifically selected extra cheese on the app. Contacted the restaurant for a partial refund for the unsatisfactory food, not for the entire order as most of it was decent (excluding the fries, they were actually pretty terrible). The girl I spoke to was incredibly polite and convivial but I was told I would not be offered a refund. For this reason I will not be ordering from here again. Seems a shame they have just lost themselves some long term customers for the sake of £10.

Big shout out to Posh Charcoal best takeaway in Donny. As a huge foody and home cook I rarely eat takeaways but their chicken and lamb shish kebabs are to die for as is their homemade chilli sauce.Best of all their guys and girls are so friendly and enthusiastic and committed to providing good quality food.Well done 👏
