Had a lovely afternoon tea here, the staff very polite and especially Tyler ( think his name was) who served us! He was very curtious and kept our coffee's topped up at all times. We are definitely coming back for the afternoon tea and the litebite lunch they offer. Would definitely recommend 👌

Excellent afternoon tea with friends. Special thank you to Luke who made us very welcome, was very attentive and the afternoon tea was delicious. We will definitely return!

3 of us went to Reeds restaurant for Mothers day lunch, the restaurant is beautiful, the staff are brilliant and courteous and pleasant and the food is delicious, and well presented. I cant rate them or our experience higher or i would. We will be returning ASAP.

I have been waiting an hour and haven't been served food yet. Would not recommend.Update: when the food arrived it was so overcooked and over salted it was inedible. The staff were rude and hostile.

Lovely afternoon tea, and very friendly staff

We stayed for afternoon tea. The food was tasty and well-displayed. My only criticism was that there wasn’t enough staff on. We had to walk to the bar to ask for more coffee each time. But when we did speak to staff they were very friendly.

We had a lovely meal here, courtesy of our lovely daughter rosebud, for Xmas, the steak was the best I had eaten in a long time and their special cooked potatoes are amazing! The service was excellent and they put on live tribute bands ,Adele is coming on the 29 th Jan,and Cher later on,both are suppose to be on the music! We wod definitely go again, and take in a show! Just great.

We went here on Sunday for a family Christmas party with the set menu.We have been to many different places over the years to have a family get together before Christmas.Reeds excelled and this will be the venue of choice from now on.This really is a hidden gem. They catered for 29 of us the other day and every single person thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.Pro's:- Reasonably priced at £20 per adult for a four course meal (starter, main, dessert, coffee/mince pies.)- super friendly staff managed by Luke, an excellent personable manager- excellent service, all food was served in a timely manner and piping hot- delicious produce and good sized portions of home cooked food- very cosy well maintained environment tastefully decorated- a very relaxed service. A lot of these places are like a machine trying to churn you in and out to make money. Not here....Con's:- Genuinely.... None that I can think of.My advice would be to give it a whirl, you won't be disappointed.
