Had afternoon tea here and it was fabulous! Lovely surroundings, excellent staff and the food was delicious! There was even a cute swing in the grounds, perfect for a photo op!

Just had Afternoon tea for Mother's Day. The food was nothing special, and presented in a bland dreary way. However, the room was nicely decorated. We sat for an hour before a cup of tea was serve. Waited another 30 mins for a second cup. I asked for a pot of tea but it never arrived. Very disappointed.

I wanted to book but was told by a very sulky young lady they did not take bookings over the phone. I would have to go online and book there, needless to say I did not. Phoned instead Saltmarshe Hall spoke to wonderful Diane and booked all the girls in there. Great welcome.

Me and my wife decided to book for the taster menu as we are new to the area and some of our old favourites are too far away now!! The experience was great, the food was very good and the staff were the best I have seen anywhere. Tim and Sarah were absolutely amazing, very helpful and caring about our comfort. They should definitely be recognised for their quality service. We will definitely be returning to this lovely place. Many thanks

Beautiful venue. Lovley rooms. Taster menu and service excellent. Unfortunately didn't enjoy a full good night's sleep.

Went there for a wedding. Not entirely easy to find but the venue is lovely. Beautiful decor and helpful, friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the bar staff and the pies served in the evening were exceptional.

Just spent a fabulous 3 nights at Rossington Hall over Christmas with grown up family and what an amazing time we had. Couldn’t have been looked after better. Never ending delicious food, drink, with live music on Christmas Eve, & a falconry display on Boxing Day thrown in too. Yes it’s a bit rustic at times but it is an old Victorian building that is gradually being brought back to life. Accept the little foibles & relax & you won’t go far wrong. Staff were all incredible, it was so relaxing sat by roaring log fires yet things to do if you wanted to (badminton, golf simulator, hot tubs etc) we weren't bored for a second. Gary & his team worked so hard to make it a great Christmas & boy did they succeed! As we left we all said the same. Best Christmas ever! Thank you team. We will be back very soon.

Having enjoyed two stays in the summer we met family there. They had one member of staff on, who tbf tried his best but we was unable to get into our room for three hours. Once in as photos prove the room was filthy with door handles falling off. We complained via email and their response was to throw all of our group out and they even had cheek to take funds of ones credit card which is now a police matter.

Treated my partner to a night out for his birthday wanted something a bit decadent. The hall was a wow factor of a place, beautiful building and grounds. Communication with staff before arriving was good and was able to order evening meal and the use of the Jacuzzi. The staff were very attentive and helped us with anything we needed. We entered our room and was amazed with the size and the stunning looks of the room. Then the Bathroom again a big wow. The tea and coffee bit was full of everything you would want. Thomas in the daytime and David in the evening were lively staff and made our stay enjoyable, it was nice chatting to them. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi, really relaxing, we were offered drinks which we said no to but wish we had, perhaps an urn of water to help.ourselves to would be nice with mint, lemon etc in it. The evening meal was really lovely, well cooked food and glad we had booked for the evening. We will certainly return and we would love to have an Afternoon teacat some point because they looked delicious. Thank you Rossington Hall for making our stay truly special.
