Ruchi Takeaway Doncaster in Doncaster

Waited 2 hours for an order to be fobbed off driver on his way! Must of been stuck in traffic

Fast become my favourite Indian takeaway. This is only the second time visited and am totally enamoured with the quality of the food and service. Superb value for money, great staff amazing food,, what more can you want. Also I collect because the aroma when you pull up is awesome.

Food 40 minutes late rude delivery driver food cold and half of it missing what a disappointment Sad usually good

The best Indian takeaway in Doncaster in history always has been since 13 years ago and still the same hope it never changes

Simply the best Indian food in Doncaster for take out.I have tried most of the Indian take outs in Doncaster, and had some terrible experiences of greasy, salty, onion bulked mess. This includes the big chain that we all know the name of.But Ruchi have never let me down. The dishes are always spiced and seasoned correctly and are, quite frankly, delicious. You may see other reviews claiming messed up orders. Always check your order before taking the food. We have had the odd portion of rice missing, but it is quickly fixed. Also, the staff often give us generous freebies. The location is easy to get to and there is loads of parking.Ruchi is as good as Indian food I have had in big cities like Manchester or London.

Two stars for the food . Three stars removed for delivery and the contempt with how they treat customer complaint. To cut short we received a call from another address.who direct driver to us. Cold food. They stated we gave wrong address . A 1 is nowhere near a slash. To basically made up excuses made offers you will never see. Most people want the food. Not to patronised. Food great..honest is the best policy. Not

Ordered food 4 rice ordered only one delivered rand up to tell them, they then said they would send out the driver. After this it then took another hour to deliver missing rice when the restaurant is only a 5 min drive.Guys when you make a mistake it should be rectified promptly. This customer service is really poor

First time ordering from Ruchi . Excellent food ,order on time and huge portions . Will definitely order from this takeaway in future . Would recommend to other curry lovers 👍

Advised by a friend how good their food is. I went today and ordered what was a fantastic curry. Great service with free poppadoms. Will definitely be back again next week.
