Saffron Doncaster in Doncaster

Ordered at 21.30 it is now 23.40 and it is still not here despite receiving a text 20 minutes ago saying it is on its way. First time ordering from here and it will be the last aswell . Lost my appetite

This place is shocking. The food is good however we waited 3 HOURS for our dinner to arrive. We rang up and the person who answered said sorry and then had the audacity to hang up.

By far the best Indian takeaway in Doncasterordered twice this week 5 meals each time delivered to workWe have ordered from every Indian in Donny over the past 4 years and this is streets ahead in tasteNot sure how this place has got bad reviews !!!

The food is ok..but we live about 20 houses away from Saffron and wanted a delivery as we had guests and wanted to charge £2.50 delivery...discusting amount! Oh, and they don't do Card Payments...get with the times!!!

The food is delicious but not worth the 2 hour 45 minute wait I was over it when it finally arrived and couldn’t eat it I will not be ordering from Saffron again anytime soon.

Utterly disgusting ordered food at 7:15 and was told it would be delivered at 21:05 at 21:10 I rang to ask where eit was to be told they "had an incident with the police" and the driver was out on a delivery and it would be 20 min . I rang again at 21:45 to be told the driver still wasnt back yet absolutly no help on the phone couldnt tell me atall when my food would be delivered avoid this place like the plague definatly not worth the hassle

just ordered off the indian selection set meal for 2 and a few extra bits... i can not fault one thing it was absalutely gorgeous! the lamb rogan josh and chicken tikka masala was part of our meal so delicious. The food was red hot and just tasted so lovely! We will be ordering again 100% xxx

Shocking!!!!!Ordered food at 19.47 and turned up at 23.00 - called premises to chase always engaged - obviously taken phone off hook to avoid angry customersWhen arrived driver explained only one delivery driverPhoned next day to complain - not even an apology - “We were busy” was the answer - I explained it’s not good and I spend over £200 per month on take out curry - and will not be using again - the reply was OK don’t use us again!!! WOW!!SHOCKING SERVICE - SHOCKING DELIVERY - APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE -DO NOT USE - THEY DONT CARE AS LONG AS HE MONEY IS IN THE TILL!!!!

Korma was tasteless just a burnt taste lamb jeera same burnt taste I rang complained and asked for a hot chicken masala I got yet again creamy tasteless meal which had coconut in when I rang to complain again the manager wouldn't speak to me and the girl fobbed me off saying she would ring back. I have emailed hungry house to complain. Upon reading the reviews after I wouldn't have ordered. Complaints of hairs in food, cold food, over 2 hours wait, tasteless food the list goes on disgusting place wants shutting down
