Stainforth Express in Doncaster

Order at 11:00 never turned up

I have been going here since I was just a child. I'm now 22 and don't even life in Stainforth anymore but I still go here for my takeaways! They have the best pizzas and onion rings ever. The prices aren't too bad either.

Was really hungry £9.50 for about 1 strip of doner and filled to the max with tomato purée on a calzone these lads are supposed to be local legends what a rip off will never order from stainforth express again Go somewhere else I ended up eating toast

Food never arrived. Rang the next day and was told it had been delivered to a different house but they don't care because someone got the food, THAT WE PAID FOR. Shouted at us, wouldn't take the order number, telling us to shut up and because he wasn't swearing it was OK to talk to customers like that. Had to get Just Eat involved and a formal complaint made. Absolutely disgusted in the customer service, you have an issue and they give you abuse. Only managed to get them to take the order after getting riled up, which I never do! Asked for manager and I got lip back that, that was the manager, absolutely shocked that a manager of a business can talk to people like that when they had an issue when it was not our fault. Told me to ring just eat and say they gave me permission for my money back because they were far to busy to deal with me. Disgusted is actually a nice way to put it. Will never be ordering from there again!

Decided to try somewhere new, ordered on just eat for delivery at 7pm, at 7.15pm rang to see where the order is... on its way we were told. Fine, we'll listen out for it. Takeaway rang at 7.40pm, 40 mins late(!!) to be told they dont deliver to our area... not only have we wasted well over an hour waiting for delivery, weve also spent £25 to be told we have to get that back from just eat. Really not happy... both been on 12 hour shifts from 5am and we're starving. Now having to wait another 45 mins from another takeaway.

Just bought a 10 piece chicken bucket ..dropping with grease ..batter . Well think it use to be was hanging off or in bottom of box . Not fit to eat ..binned it ..insult to injury .never even got my free bottle of pop.

Tasted better . Chicken kebab was awful. Food in the fridge at front put me off a bit but thought I'd try. Safe to say wont be again.

Phoned for an order yes I know it's a Saturday night & your busy but telling people to hurry up your busy is not good customer service very rude staff glad I didnt order from them I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN

Was ready for collection late, incredibly greasy, on JUST EAT advertises CHERRY COKE but you get Pepsi max Cherry. Was not happy with my most recent order. Won't be using these again.

Good staff but I no its Saturday and they busy but my burger was cold and me fellas kebab was cold and looked like a dog had been chewing on it I would never order agen .
