The Old Market Hall Wetherspoon in Doncaster

Local and one of my favourites, always lovely going, great staff, nice atmosphere

Food was lovely. Service was quick staff were very helpful and attentive

I will never forget my trip here. I took one step in the place before a man stood up from his table, stared and yelled at me saying ‘what the …. is he doing in here’ referring of course to the colour of my skin. Shortly after his friends stood up in an intimidating manner and I left promptly.

Can't go wrong at a Spoons, good value for money & they now do Budweiser on draft. Great place. 🍺👍🍺👍🍺

Some people would have you believe this is a den of iniquity and the floor covered in sawdust (yesterdays furniture) however reality as often the case its just a Weatherspoons inside just like many others. Ok I visited on a Tuesday dinner time not a Friday night but it was full of normal people just doing normal things like eating and drinking.

Last Friday,10 of went out for the first time in 2 years to Weathsrspoons. We had a lovely Fish & Chip tea,with a drop of alcohol to help it go down.We had a lovely time catching up with everyone. The food was great and the staff were very friendly.helpful and cuteous.We will be back.Thank You.xx

Good reliable food as expected from Spoons.Friendly staff and covid compliant. Interesting building and history. Free village? Town? parking close by. Real ale - Old Peculiar on draft at the moment.. Perfect welcome to our new area. Will be going again.

To be honest we dont really visit Witherspoons but needed lunch.The place was busy and the staff, although very friendly struggled, we had to clear and clean our table before we could sit down.The food was standard and although not dissatisfied, I could only rate it as average.

Have to say that this is my local spoons, and a regular Friday night out. Having been out tonight my faith in humanity had been restored after my bank cards ended up on the floor and returned to me by a lovely lady on the opposite table. My greatful thanks to you.❤️❤️

Always liked it here... Friendly staff good food.... Had fish and chips.. As always was lovely crispy battered fish... chips and mushy peas.... All very nice and tasty the high light here for me is the fact they serve alcohol free kopperberg 😜 stopped drinking months ago. And this stuff is lovely... Loved it.. Lovely outside terrace to sit and soak up the afternoon... There's also tables in the car park to offer up more space outdoors fir eating and socialising.. They do a refillable coffee scheme like most other spoons outlets also ... Can't fault it and right on are door step will definatly be back here soon!
