My carvery was beautiful. The meats I had were Beef, Pork, and Turkey. The food was delicious, and the meats were well cooked, full of flavour and just melted in my mouth. Definitely worth the five stars.

Can't beat the taste.Enjoyed food on 17/4/2022. Even my 6 year old son enjoyed his meal !!.I would highly recommend this branch. It would be nice if we get back to the normality like used to be than booking online is because sometimes we decide carvery at the last minute.

Very clean. Pleasant staff. Only stopped for a hot chocolate which was very expensive for a large cup that was half full. Toilet visit before leaving was pleasant as they smelt very fresh and clean. Plenty of parking and electric vehicle charging point was a plus for those who have moved in to EVs

Couldn't fault the hotel upstairs...however the Toby was disgraceful. No Yorkshire puddings for wraps, roast potatoes were burnt and cold. After charging ÂŁ3.99 for toddlers meal including 3 burnt sausage which she couldn't eat, then went on to refuse to warms tin of pasta for her...bar staff were more interested in talking about the best way to murder somebody, rather than there job. Moving onto breakfast....no beans, raw bacon, soggy hash browns, no Yorkshire puddings, no black pudding no breakfast gravy, and once again the famous burnt sausages. The very famous Toby breakfast carvery!! However a massive thank you to Keira the waitress who was an absolute star!

Booked for 25 people for my grans special birthday got seated great went to get a Carvery no pork , no gammon so decided to take the beef and she gave me a fatty bit I asked if I could have a different bit she said it’s all same so ended up having turkey the only option left , roast potatoes solid couldn’t even put knife through them , cauliflower same , mash was really sticky literally had to slump it off the spoon to get some gravy had a thick layer of skin like it had been there hours obviously complained about this and got told they had been busy and short staffed , got the kids a pudding as they didn’t touch there dinner 1 was sent back burnt 1 didn’t even come , sorry won’t be returning ever again !!!

Went for breakfast today with daughter for her birthday. First and last time will go there, dirty plates on counter , supposedly been cleaned, the food was poor to say the least, cold virtually no beans or tomatoes, no hash browns , mushrooms in a brown liquid , eggs appealing, and a cook that was fed up of cooking eggs. No packets of butter for toast just a big dollop in dishes, no pts to even put any in, no coffee cups. Would have given zero stars but won’t let you. A total waste of my time and money. One of members of staff told us they were having staffing issues.

Always spot on! Lovely food. Best carvery around. We always go on the first sitting at 11,30am or 12pm. Never fails to impress. Don't know what it's like later on in the evening but them times are absolutely worth going.

On arrival we were shown to our table, which was a small round low table. We were in a walk way which was unpleasant. My husband asked if we could be moved. After 3 times of asking we finally were moved to another table. What seemed to be like the manage was very rude to my husband. There were quiet a few tables empty at the time after they said they were fully booked, also the tables were still empty when we left.We was very disappointed with the food, it was dry, cold and the Yorkshires were not like the normal Toby ones. They were flat and stodgy. Although the meat was nice. We have been to plenty of Toby Carvery and this seems to be the worse one we have been to.I think after reading some of these reviews someone needs to give this place a shake up. I would be embarrassed if this was my place, and I certainly would not be rude to customers. Think I will stick to the Lincoln one from now on……

Food was good. Billionaires bar is to die for. Staff were spot on but my GOD you need to set up a separate baby change and close those middle toilets till the repairs are done!

We only called in for drinks, it was fairly quiet, not many customers at all, but it was only 11 o'clock roughly, the staff are pleasent and quick to serve you, the bar area its self is well laid out social distancing definitely applies. In my opinion the drinks are decent quality, would call again if I was passing/in the area.
