I have had a lot of Bangladeshi/Indian cuisine over the years (probably to much) but we had a takeaway from here last weekend, and it was by far and away the worst one I have ever had , the Roti was inedible as it was actually raw, my Chicken Kari had no flavour and all it tasted of was Green peppers and as for my wife's Chicken Dhansak it was awful no sweet and sour flavour and the staple of the dish pineapple was none existent and in her words it actually resembled diarrhea, so all in all £25:30 wasted ....do yourself a favour and give this place an incredibly wide berth

Probably one of the worse Indians I’ve had in a long time. Cheese naan lacked cheese and they said “it’s probably just the type we’ve used that you can’t see it”. No, it had no cheese. Chicken was also hard. Left my comments politely with the guy there but he didn’t seem to want to pass my feedback on. Wouldn’t think of returning. Disappointed.

Good food, says on the door they accept American Express but they don't, Either need to remove sticker from door or start taking the card.

Asked for madras strenght ends up very very mild, wife's jalfrezi was like watery slop, I use to be a regular there years ago until I found a black hair in my food, not been for about 7 years, thought I would give then the benifits of the doubt, never again, 1 star rating and that's for a comfy seat.

Best curry in Yorkshire! The food is sublime, always consistent in flavours, delicious delicate and flavoursome and really good value which makes the qualityof food even more impressive.

We had a night out with friends who had never tried Asham before. The food was excellent! The starters were lovely, the poppadoms beautiful and light and the four mains were superb!Small and lovely restaurant with good friendly service, and wonderful food at a very reasonable price. Loved it!

If you want a fantastic Indian Meal then look no further. Best Shish kebabs I've ever tasted. I've not Eaton in the restaurant as I've always had my food delivered. Always polite on the phone and very fast service. Thanks to all the staff at Asham.

My mum has eaten here several times and it was fine, but this time it was awful. The curry was very watery and bland, not very spicy and the naans had barely any filling in them. Only thing that was good were the starters. Very disappointing.
