The staff are polite but I dont get my drink that looks like the photo the cream is on rationing where as in the photo there is tons of cream its not good for £3.95. For this price I expect my drink to look like the photo 😞 check it out how flat my drink is comparing to how caffe nero advertise their festive lattes.

The staff are always friendly and helpful - and will offer to carry a heavy tray without needing to be asked. We like the variety of seating and the way the layout has corners and the little room upstairs - it feels less standard than many big chain coffee shops.The WiFi is very weak, which can be frustrating at times, but it's still a really nice place to enjoy a drink and chat.
