Cafe review - Visited today out of desperation. Awful food, poor service & prices from central London!Teach your employees how to serve customers without nasty looks, poor sandwich for £8.95?Jacket potatoes served with the most disgusting cheese! Poor quality products served at premium prices in a very dated cafe!

We called into the garden centre on our way home from holiday. The range of plants, garden equipment and other items was varied and we'll priced, the plants are clearly well looked after. The toilets are scrupulously clean. I used a mobility walker and found no issues getting around. The cafe was lovely, extremely clean, with a fair if not extensive menu, with lovely staff who were considerate and kind. It was spacious and our food was lovely. Definitely recommend and would definitely come again.

Large place, lots of choice. The cafe is a bit different you have to be served ( fair enough in these covid times) but you cannot see the choice of cakes. But when it comes to paying, you go to the counter with the cakes. What made it worse for me is the lady misheard my table number and undercharged me. It wasn't until I was handed a receipt that I noticed. It took 10 minutes and 3 assistant's to sort it. I should have kept quiet

Very good food. Staff polite and friendly. The Garden centre was well stocked. We enjoyed every minute.Wonderful place

Service excellent. Went with my limited mobility 90 year old Mother. We were offered the use of a wheelchair (mother refused!) Taken to roses and helped in selection.Went to coffee shop again service excellentCannot recommend highly enough

Cafe. Rather disappointed with sandwiches. Tea and service fine but for just shy of £8 I'd have liked better than doorstop sliced bread with masses of very thickly cut ham that didn't taste freshly cut. Salad was a bit dingy as well. My husband also said he couldn't get the drier to work in the toilets. A pity.

40 minute wait for breakfast......and not busy at the time.Bacon was like cardboard, probably cooked in bulk, and kept warm.Sausages were Cumberland sausages, too herby for breakfast.Toilets were smelly.My wife wanted to use her National Garden Centre Gift cards, to buy goods. They refused to take them.All in all, a very poor experience. We will not return, and wouldn't recommend here.Poor service, and lack of staff.

Having visited this cafe today I must say how very impressed we were. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a little area where we could also take our dog and they provided a water bowl. The cakes and scones were out of this world. We will definitely be returning in the future to sample other delights. Thank you to all the staff for such a pleasant visit. I would highly recommend a visit if you are in the area or passing. Thank you.

It has a wonderful coffee shop. The staff are a delight. The cherry scones warrant a Michelin star. In the shop they had everything we wanted at competitive prices. The place smells of roses.

Under New Management really good selection of plants indoor and out with lots of accessories pet goods garden furniture etc etc much improved on a previous visit albeit a good while ago. Competitively priced great value but the flapjack in the cafe left a bit to be desired.
