Costa in East Riding of Yorkshire

Always enjoy visiting Costa for a well earned coffee and treat after a hard day shopping.

The service has always been really good and I think the selection of food any drinks is really good too. I love that there's options for people with different dietary requirements too. In my opinion it's the better value of the big coffee chains. I personally find it a bit cheaper than some of the others, which is also nice.

I just love Costa Coffee and their shops. Always friendly staff, great service, excellent coffee and food 😊👍

Coffee wasn't good. Tasted as if the machine hadn't been cleaned leaving a burnt after taste.

First visit to this Costa. Asked for my usual. Cheese and Tomato toasties, put through for double mins. Strawberry cream cooler, just the way I like it.Perfection. Staff are amazing as ever, to accommodate my strange requests.

We ordered through Uber Eats and while they were late (not Costa’s fault) Costa hadn’t sent everything we had ordered and when I had called for advice, they were very rude on the phone. The order arrived to us smashed up and not edible which was down to how those at Costa had packed the order. I’m really disappointed and I won’t be going to this Costa again. It’s not worth being spoken to in such a way.

Only one very disinterested young person serving at 4:30pm on a friday. Stood waiting in line for 8 minutes without even a hello or other acknowledgement. When the lad then left the counter unmanned to go fetch more stock I got fed up and went elsewhere as did others in the queue.

This Costa store in Beverley does have a couple of tables & chairs outside by the entrance on the pavement.Inside there's about 20 tables all on ground level .The Staff counter service was very welcoming & pleasant,coping very well with the steady flow of customers.Only problem being the hand sanitiser station at the entrance was empty !

I do enjoy my Costa coffees but when I was told today that my lukewarm Latte+ could not be heated any more than 120' that was not the right answer. I understand Costa has a policy if you are not satisfied with your coffee it will be replaced, this was unfortunately not offered. Two stars today 🙁
