Domino's Pizza in East Riding of Yorkshire

food was good & the delivery was fast. However, there was 4 times that I pulled out long strands of hair from my food. I wouldn’t have minded if it was once as mistakes can happen but 4 times in one order?? can’t fault anything else though

Food ready on time and as ordered. Parking if you want to collect isn't ideal but sure this isn't a problem if you live in the delivery area (we don't)

Food wasnt even that hot and forgot my chips then said they couldnt find our order 🙄BLOODY RIDICULOUS

Jan 2022: Food was cold, took 70 mins to deliver, pizza was undersized. Driver was great. Kniocked down to 2 stars for continued bad management.________June 2020: They got my order wrong, refused to refund for missing items and then tries to compensate with things didn't really want.Driver was great.I suspect refunds show up on the accounts as really bad for the branch, but they should never refuse to refund customers if it wasn’t the customers fault/Dominoes had messed up the order. It was not wasted food it was a tub of ice cream.

Food came with visible damage to packaging, tried to voice concerns and show him but he didn't want anything to do with it. How can you justify charging for this

Lovely place for pizza. I had lots of pizza here when I visited a couple years back, highly recommend. the delivery guy ( one of) was very cheerful and jolly.

Pizza was nice but not exactly what I ordered. I wanted the veggie volcano with some additional toppings. I got the additional toppings but none of the original ones. Bit disappointing really in that respect but, despite this, what I did get was nice quality.

Can’t fault the food. Ever.But today’s experience was shocking. The attitude from the staff - in particular the girl with the scattered tattoos on her arm. Absolutely diabolical. Rude.Gave me the wrong sauce that I asked for, tried saying it was on the receipt, which is their word against mine - never gave me a receipt or asked if I wanted one. Not being sour over some sauce but come on, I asked for my correct sauce and they made me pay for it. Just not acceptable really, it’s only sauce.

Not the first time we've been messed about. Never come in at a busy time, always gone past 8:30. Came in at 8:45 this evening, ordered 2 pizzas and chicken strips. One pizza missed off. Not only that, only decided to tell us once I had gone up to complain about already waiting 30 mins for the pizzas when got told it'd only be 10 mins. Every single time in the beverley store we come, something wrong goes wrong with our order. Always one of the staff members who does the cooking. Taking a 20 mile trip next time to dominos. Never again to beverley, not even for my free pizza they offered me.
