Fab Fish in East Riding of Yorkshire

I usually love this chippy but I've just had what I can only describe as the worst fish and chips I've ever eaten. The chips we're brown and tasted of old oil and also dry, the fish was meant to be a large but it was nearly as thin as a piece of paper which also could I add was over cooked, dry and also grey in the majorarty of places. For £9 I'd expect a decent fish and chips but sadly I didn't even manage half of it, it was awful.

Ordered online and advised would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived 5 minutes early to be left waiting in a queue with no system for online collections. Turns out my order was waiting there all the time I was queueing. Furthermore the obvious regulars jumping the queue. Wont be returning.

Tasted lovely, but not good value for money! Ordered the medium fish and chips a couple of times now and the fish was very thin and disappointing. Thicker fillets please!

Expensive place. Chicken nuggets tasty more like popcorn than chicken. Even take money for ketchup😱 good job don't take money for salt. Chips old. Staff nice. 1dtar for nice staff -3 for food

Just finished my chips!!!!Easily the best Fish and Chip shop in Hull, the food is fantastic. The staff are so nice and always very friendly. They always chat with my son which makes him smile. This chippy is always busy because it is the best.I would defo recommend this chip shop to everyone.

Stop in here for fish and chips lunch. Staff very nice and very good service. Fish was Fresh and the batter ice and light. Although very tasty and well cooked we all found the fillets were very on the thin side so a little dry in places and more better than fish. But overall a nice meal
