Green Dragon in East Riding of Yorkshire

This is the second time we have visited on a lunch time. Both times we have been served by Maria. She is incredibly friendly and helpful, and really helps to make you feel welcome. We often visit as the food and beer at the Green Dragon is second to none in the Brough area. 5 Stars.

Lovely food, really liked the veg mix - good sized portions and presented well. It was my first time and I will certainly go back. The atmosphere is just right too.

Super friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. Very dog friendly and the food was seriously delicious and cooked to perfection. My steak tender; the best I have had in a long time. I'll certainly be back again soon- perfect post dog walk location. Very impressed all round :)

Decided on the spur of the moment after a long day to nip out for a quiet family meal. We live local but had not been for a while. Lovely tasty food served including a good value child's meal, empty plates all round. Just what we wanted. The pub was fairly quiet so no difficulty getting in (but it was a Monday). Staff were attentive and pleasant. Thank you, we will return 😊

Lovely little pub. We stopped for a drink after a walk with the dogs. The staff was really friendly and brought water out for the dogs. Although we didn't eat here, the food did look really nice. There's a lot of walks round the area, so will definitely visit again 😁

Love the GD. Been a few times over the years. Visited this weekend for my partner’s birthday. Food was amazing as always; service was fab - Ben’s customer service was brilliant; he was attentive to everyone. The whole team were friendly and professional.

Came for dinner last night with my three children, it was very busy and we didnt have a reservation, but we were able to get a table. The lady behind the bar remembered us from another visit some months ago which was nice! Debbie the duty manager was on the ball, very polite and professional. Thank you

Very welcoming, food was good however the towels in our room had not been changed!!! One of the bath towels had significant amount of blood on it!!! As a cancer patient I find this extremely distressing. The manager came & changed the towels immediately. However I do not find this acceptable on any level

A lovely quaint pub with lots of character. Food tasted amazing! Arrived pretty quickly considering it was busy. The staff were amazing considering they were clearly run off their feet but worked hard to keep us happy - hats off to them.
