Harbour Fisheries fish and chip shop Bridlington Harbour in East Riding of Yorkshire

The mushy peas were dry, the portion size is mini, the chips weren’t that good - I sat waiting for my food for some while - understandable if it was busy but it wasn’t.Very poor. It’s £8.80 for the smallest fish and chips - £1.40 for a small pot of dry peas

We've eaten here a few times since we've moved to Brid in April. They are, without a doubt, the best fish and chips we've had in all of Brid, Scarborough, even Whitby! They cook their chips *properly* - nice and thick, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The fish is beautifully cooked - lovely, white, flaky and delicious. Just don't let the owner tell you any ghost stories or you won't sleep at night! 👻😂

An impromptu visit after family walk at South Landing Flamborough on a sat evening Small fish & chips, fish & chip's, chip buttie with cups of Yorkshire Tea. Absolutely fab, nicely cooked chips & the fish was v tssty, cooked well. Definitely recommended 👌

Visiting Bridlington for business, so had to get some fish and chips by the sea. The service was very prompt and the quality was excellent. I will be back next time I am in Brid.

Fish and chips sat alongside the harbour is something I like to do when at the seaside so this ‘chippy’ is ideal.Staff were quick to serve and were pleasant, plenty of seating and had track and trace info on the tables.The fish was gorgeous and chips fried just to my liking.Plenty of seagulls trying to get their supper, pesky pests!!

Fish, chips and mushy peas, absolutely great! And for the full Bridlington experience, eat them sitting on the harbour wall and get attacked by the seagulls!

This is my absolute favourite place for Fish & Chips when we are anywhere near Scarborough/Bridlington. We visited on Tuesday how disappointed were we!! The portions have massively shrunk, a carton of chips and gravy ... £2.30 (extra for the gravy) for chips in a tray which was absolutely dire, there was about 15 chips (yes I counted because I was so shocked) we bought 5 portions & everyone walked away still hungry, we will never return sadly unless the portions return to normal. The trays used to be brimming with chips, not anymore. We have been coming here years when in the area too, shame because they taste absolutely wonderful.

Staff lovely give the dog a sausage thought that was lovely as they didn't have to.. fish and chips are the best I have ever had. Thank you very much for a good experience
