Istanbul Restaurant Bar & Grill Beverley in East Riding of Yorkshire

Very good and tasty food. Good baklava is well 🤩🤩🤩

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Istanbul restaurant. I had a 3 course meal, with a couple of beers(Efes Draft) very refreshing,Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups. The place is very cleanStaff, funny, polite and friendly100% Recommend

If you are not from Turkey or not familiar with Turkish cuisine, you might like the dishes. Starters were fine. I ordered Iskender kebab for main and they brought diced meat with some bread. It’s not iskender. I don’t know why they put it on the menu. I couldn’t get more disappointed.

Great food, lovely staff. The birthday song was extremely loud though and went on for quite a long time. I would go back.

I've seen this countless times driving and walking through Beverley, stop and go on, it's worth itHighly reccomrnd, we will go back.Accessibility: small steps in, disabled loo is behind one of the main entrance doors when it's open, so help may be required.Car Parking: drop off but close to the traffic lights, some street parking not far, may be time limited? We parked in Beverley and walked.Food: Veggie and Carnivore, odd vegan. Vegetarian menu is the main, but with veggie marked (a couple of mistakes, ie meat below a veggie marked, so read carefully).Staff and Owner: friendly and attentive.Toilets: main up steep stairs, disabled loo on the ground floor by the entrance doors, one of which requires closing for access.

This really was a delicious lunch. We had 4 large plates of Meze which was more than enough for the 5 of us. A couple of bottles of Villa Duluca wine. Turkish coffee to finish. Lovely!

We have passed this restaurant numerous times when travelling through Beverley. It looks very inviting. However, for my birthday as a treat my wife took me.Inside as good as outside. The staff are very friendly (important) and the food well presented and so tasty. We will be returning. Very nice indeed.

3 time lucky. As my review been removed 2 times.Portion size small, over priced. More like London prices, not great. Toliets dirty.

I went there at 7:45pm Sunday and there was no customer but only two staff. The one at the door told us they open and get us a table and gave us the menu. After about 10 minutes, she came from the kitchen and said that she is sorry but they can't make us any food.

Went in ok on a Sunday evening, what a fantastic place. The place is decorated well and is clean and tidy. The staff were very attentive and extremely polite. We were walked to our table, the COVID guidelines explained and also the menu. The waitress took our drinks order and left us to decide what to eat.We went for the warm mezze starter, we were not disappointed. The selection of food was well presented and well cooked. Everything tasted really really good. Then the main event. The mixed grill. It was all extremely tasty. However personally for my taste the lamb was slightly over cooked (this is a personal thing though I appreciate). All the meat was great and the accompanying dishes all really tasty. The puddings were ok, not bad but not setting the world on fire, however the Turkish coffee was really good. The service was really attentive throughout, without being overbearing. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food we are, we left full and very satisfied. A wonderful place that I will deffinatley return to and have recommended to many people already.
