Good food, friendly, quick service.

Absolutely delicious food, chips cooked in beef dripping the old fashioned way . Beautiful well kept and clean inside and really friendly staff . You get the quality you pay for which was spot on . Highly recommend.No parking , town view , indoor dining, no takeaway.

Fantastic meal! Best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time

Couldn't fault the food but check your receipt as the girl on the till didn't know what she was doing and so it ended up costing me £61 for 2 adult and 4 small kids. My brother also got charged for food he didn't order or receive.

Visited on the 2nd of January 2022.Very clean inside.Cod + chips: fresh and tasty but fish not crispy at all and chips needed additional minute or two in the fryer as well.

Visited at the end of our day yesterday. Meal was lovely, couldn't fault it. Staff are very friendly and polite. Lovely little diner, would definitely recommend!

Lovely place..clean..with lovely and polite waitress service..but that's where it ended for me. The food was clearly made by Mike... microwave my niece had pizza and chip's it was undercooked. I had jacket potato but it was over cooked, very soggy with a strange taste. I got two knobs of butter in wrapper's that they inserted into the potato....no idea why. I picked them out as the butter had turned to water. Over priced and poor food.

Food is delicious, very reasonably priced and the staff are attentive and very welcoming, lovely family friendly establishment. Didn't catch his name but the young blonde lad was amazing when me and my family had our meals there, big praise to everyone running that place as well as they do👍🏽

Full marks for JC’s family diner. Beautiful fish & chips, glad to find somewhere which still uses beef dripping and not veg oil. So much flavour! Staff were really nice, they couldn’t do more for us and were very patient with our young kids ordering for themselves, and they brought some crayons and colouring in stuff for them while we waited which was very thoughtful. Great puddings, great value for money and very clean too.
