Jerome's in East Riding of Yorkshire

There are several branches of Jerome's. The one on the sea front gets mega busy but this one in the Promenades is a gem. Friendly staff, gorgeous cakes and of course the famous ice creams.

Always good here. Lovely coffee, food and snacks. Nice seating area to people watch.

The place is great, the food is really good. AND THE VIEW OF THE SEA ON A SUNNY DAY. Really nice. 100% Go there.

Wonderful drinks and a nice atmosphere. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I try to stay clear of the cakes most of the time.they are so yummy 😋

Lovely clean premises counter service but staff will carry food to table if assistance is needed. There is a good choice of fresh food and lovely cakes. Clean accessible disabled facilities for customers.

I didn't go the other day but my friends went for coffee, I have been before and found everything to be good, the staff are lovely.

Food was lovely, had a panini which was very nice and hot and came quickly after ordering. However, my friend who ordered not even a minute after me, had to wait 20 minutes for the same meal as me. By this point mine was freezing cold whilst waiting for hers and she had to go back up to the counter and ask where it was. Only then did they make it as it came boiling hot so I'm not sure what went on there. Staff are also pretty miserable, wouldn't take much for a smile😊

Had to make a quick visit to Bridlington yesterday and went to Jerome's for a coffee. Two very helpful young ladies behind the counter, helped me choose the right drink for myself and husband (went for the iced coffee frappachino, without syrup flavouring) which we both found delicious 😋. When one of them brought the drinks to the counter, she had put a caramel syrup on top of the cream. I said I didn't really like the caramel syrup. She was amazing and made me another one straight away. It wasn't a problem at all. Didn't get your names, sorry, but you are both an asset to Jerome's. Thank you.

Had fish and chips and burger and chips on Sunday afternoon. Great food, good service and fantastic view from an historic building
