Warm and welcoming on a cold night. Delicious food and excellent wine, a really enjoyable evening.

So Judsons seem to be a place where people either hate it or love it. The fire and sofas are back! Excellent. . Food has always been very good and a good selection of beers and wines. Yes it’s quite pricey but it’s always busy so they must be doing something right.

Food was really nice, the burger was amazing and staff were lovely but not the most family friendly. We was sat at a high table and chairs and given a really short high chair for baby😂 I think usually there would be more suitable tables but was busy the night we went.

Ate here past 2 sundays for sunday lunch. Todays meal was just as good as last week. Hot. Tasty. Presentation 👌

A bit on the pricey side for the food standard. Good service though.

Prices slightly steep for portion size and quality. Lovely atmosphere. One portion of chips tasted very strange and was inedible, brushed off by staff but something had definitely gone wrong when cooking them, possibly cooked in oil contaminated by something else or gone off. Starters were delicious as was the main which redeems the rating.

Food as always was amazing but today's service was very slow and staff seemed to have no interest in providing the normal customer experience. We travel as a group to visit friends who live locally and when in the area make a deliberate visit due to the food. Tonight's experience has substantially damaged our opinion of this restaurant (covid issues or not this service is not acceptable)

Really enjoyed our early evening meal very tasty and fresh I had seafood linguine my OH had lasagne. From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome by the manageress and staff, on a very busy Saturday night. Would recommend. We'll be going again.

First time I have had this Franklin's drink which was really nice and refreshing. Nice area but surroundings but looked like it needed a bit of a clean and tidy up, possibly as its bank holiday Monday but after hearing reviews I thought it would be a bit more to top.Staff didnt come to ask us what we wanted to order food wise despite sitting ourselves in dining area and getting our own menus.Has potential to be really nice but I wont be rushing back.
