Excellent price for a lovely product, I love the colour and the water runs quite fast. It arrived in a few days. Excellent service.

Long established and being developed to bring a wider choice of indoor and outdoor gardening products constantly. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and the plants, shrubs and trees are in excellent well-tended condition. The Cafe and Farm Shop are good additions and both provide a wide variety of food, cooked and to cook at home. An eclectic range of interesting Home Furnishings are also on offer.

Great place. Found an outdoor dining set for an excellent price, unfortunately the table glass had been damaged on delivery which can't be helped and does happen but the garden centre literally had a new pane sent out within 24 hours to my door! Great customer service and excellent product/price

I would like to praise all the staff who work in Lucy’s coffee shop. We visited over the weekend having never been before and was greeted by good old fashioned outstanding customer service. The food was fantastic but for me the staff absolutely made mine and my wife’s day. Kind and welcoming. Will be visiting again soon.

Found the BBQ we wanted online at Southwood £10 cheaper than any other site, better still it was free delivery, so was effectively £30 cheaper than their nearest online competitor. How’s this for service, ordered at 11am, email received the same day at 12.20pm confirming dispatch, arrived the next day at 10.15am in central London. Superb, thanks, will definitely use again.

Really very impressed with the customer service at Southwood. I had a small fault with a recent purchase of a BBQ my problem was dealt with promptly, efficiently and with kind consideration keeping me updated all the time. They certainly went above and beyond any customer service I have experienced. If you want a hassle free buying experience coupled with really good prices I could not recommend Southwood more highly

I ordered a set of 3000 cluster lights in the sale. I haven’t used them yet, but they arrived quickly and were well packaged. Price was good too at about £25 cheaper than that offered by other retailers. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely garden centre with plenty of festive wares, farm style shop and gift items. I really like all the yorkshire and local produce too. Absolutely love the singing penguins!
