Just been in to store to collect an ordered item, first time using the store. Arriving in the car park it was clear that I needed to pay £1 parking but was recoverable if i spent £3 in store, not the case. Went to the click and collect point and received my purchase but told I could not receive my £1 unless I spent £3 instore which I had on my purchase, the member of staff was totally incompetent at handling any issue I had, when I asked where customer services was she flailed her arm around giving me no idea where to head. Definitely won't be returning again, poor to non existent customer service and feel like they stole my parking fee.

I would like to compliment the staff Suraya, Ann Marie and Sophie for being so charming when I went there on Thursday 17/3 - pictured is the Americano with the "mountain of chocolate" I asked for; so delicious XXXXX

Always great choice and good quality food.

Just visited the cafe in Beverley. Staff are not cleaning the tables between customers. Not impressed especially as we are still needing to be careful.

First time we've pre-ordered from here.Collected the order on 23/12 and have to say it was like an efficient, well oiled machine. Took 10-15 mins from arriving to leaving. An example of good process mapping!More expensive than elsewhere but well worth it, following a bad experience elsewhere last year.

Wanted to talk to someone at the Beverley store as I didn't want to drive through to find out that the Crackd egg replacement was out of stock. I did this last week. I live a good distance away from the store and am unable to get this item at any stores nearer me, and I am disabled so didn't want to drive through for an unnecessary journey. All I got was the telephone answerphone and couldn't get through to a person at all. Poor customer services.

Really like the food hall but the social distancing policy is very poor. Too many people are being allowed in at any one time and there is no one way system in place. The queues to pay block people shopping and make social distancing extremely difficult. The net result is a large number of people congregating in choke points unable (and in some cases unwilling) to keep a safe distance.

M and S so very reliable. Parking is tight, you pay on entry to the store and are reimbursed at cash out. The cafe is fine if rather functional and lacking in character. The food and drink, as you would expect are good.My favourite deal is the Cream Tea. You get a lovely scone (plain or fruit) with clotted cream and strawberry jam plus a drink such as the excellent pot of tea or a good-sized cup of tasty coffee with hot milk for £4. Smashing value! If you want to try something a bit different, smoothies and frappes are available at £3 or iced coffee at £2.75.Note also that free WIFI is available.

Nicely laid out good wide aisles so plenty of room to move about, I can't resist popping in for a bag of goodies from here, maybe a little more expensive but worth it, quality guaranteed. A pleasant place to shop, a few clothing items also on sale, the cafe is popular so much so I've never been able to get in it's always full! Went back in again on Monday 16th December, very busy with christmas shoppers but staff were cheerful and helpful despite being rushed of their feet,
