Very good quality food if on the expense side, but you get what you pay for....

Good quality foods. Always fresh

Really disappointed to see that you have taken down the perspex screens at all checkouts. Why?While I totally understand that it is personal choice with regards to wearing face masks, why is sitting behind a screen for protection, a problem?Almost every other shop I have been in recently, large and small, have still retained their screens.

Just been in to store to collect an ordered item, first time using the store. Arriving in the car park it was clear that I needed to pay £1 parking but was recoverable if i spent £3 in store, not the case. Went to the click and collect point and received my purchase but told I could not receive my £1 unless I spent £3 instore which I had on my purchase, the member of staff was totally incompetent at handling any issue I had, when I asked where customer services was she flailed her arm around giving me no idea where to head. Definitely won't be returning again, poor to non existent customer service and feel like they stole my parking fee.

Always great choice and good quality food.

I would like to compliment the staff Suraya, Ann Marie and Sophie for being so charming when I went there on Thursday 17/3 - pictured is the Americano with the "mountain of chocolate" I asked for; so delicious XXXXX

Just visited the cafe in Beverley. Staff are not cleaning the tables between customers. Not impressed especially as we are still needing to be careful.

First time we've pre-ordered from here.Collected the order on 23/12 and have to say it was like an efficient, well oiled machine. Took 10-15 mins from arriving to leaving. An example of good process mapping!More expensive than elsewhere but well worth it, following a bad experience elsewhere last year.

M and S so very reliable. Parking is tight, you pay on entry to the store and are reimbursed at cash out. The cafe is fine if rather functional and lacking in character. The food and drink, as you would expect are good.My favourite deal is the Cream Tea. You get a lovely scone (plain or fruit) with clotted cream and strawberry jam plus a drink such as the excellent pot of tea or a good-sized cup of tasty coffee with hot milk for £4. Smashing value! If you want to try something a bit different, smoothies and frappes are available at £3 or iced coffee at £2.75.Note also that free WIFI is available.
