McDonald's in East Riding of Yorkshire

A well positioned McDonald's as a stop on our route home from holiday. Plenty of parking, good space inside as well as outside too. Next door to the petrol station if you need it too.

Never get the order correct, even when you tell them your son has allergies to dairy and needs the burger completely plain… they still put cheese on it, almost every single time!

At first the thought of ordering from a touch screen seemed formidable for someone in their 60s. But it was incredibly easy. There is something about McDonald's which brings together all ages.

Went through drive through and took home order only to find that half the order was missing. Then had to drive 15 minutes back to restaurant so food at home was stone cold and they wouldn't even replace the rest of food. "Manager" who looked no older than a teenager laughed in our faces when we said we should receive replacement for food that as sat at home cold because we had to come back. Managers should be experienced and trained in good customer service. Not rude and clearly not been there along time. Plus if the mistake is the fault of the establishment then money should either be refunded in full or whole order should be replaced. Train your staff to not be rude and incompetent. Won't be going back to this branch because, from multiple experiences, they are useless.

Part blocked off understandably at the time we were there. Tables available were dirty. Sauce station was disgusting. Food only luke warm, and only disabled toilet open. Got the new Italian chicken, nothing like the picture, limp chicken, not crispy at all. Good job we were hungry. Or we would have just left it.not a good experience.

Perfect price, great vegan burger and can offer fruit instead of fries.

Normal McDonald's experience to be honest. Pretty good wherever I've been. Clean and easy to use, however on this visit there was a sign saying cash only because the card machines were broken however the self service machines were still operating as per normal.

What can I say, this isn't just a McDonald's. This is a home. This is a family. The food is amazing, the service is amazing. Step inside this place and you are welcomed with a lovely team. Everyone in this McDonald's has a story, Francine is the kindest, most amazing person I have met. She is a bright face of this establishment, I recommend she is given a star. Alex is one of the best managers McDonald's has. Jess, Sam I have no bad remarks. Keep it up, you make it an honor to live in shiptonthorpe.Jamie.

Great clean store, food very hot and fresh, we went at lunch time. Not as busy as id expect

Extremely disappointed to have even visited this McDonalds! The staff on the drive through were extremely unfriendly, not a word was said after they had taken the order at either window (and it wasn’t a quick exchange either). We drove 5 minutes down the road to eat our food and we discovered it was absolutely stone cold! All of it! Chips were anything but fresh and were badly portioned (half empty!). My cheese melt dippers looked like they’d been beaten around somehow? I’ll attach a photo of what they think is acceptable to serve as a chicken wrap. Sweet chilli dip out of stock, didn’t give any napkins and not even a straw for drinks!
