Mcdonald's Restaurants in East Riding of Yorkshire

Since they have started taking deliveries the service and time taken to order has become shocking. The likes of Deliveroo and Just Eat collectors have to be the rudest bunch of urks I have seen in my life wandering in waving their phone orders and getting priority service whilst in store customers are left waiting ages. External orders should go through separate processing channels.

Now usually I like this McDonalds because its the closest McDonalds to my house. But today at McDonalds it was disappointing I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal yesterday and guess what? The fries were not even salted like the McDonalds workers just weren't bothered. Because these chips weren't salted it ruined the burger as well. Same thing with the ice cream machine. EVERYTIME when I want to order a mcflurry they always say "its not working" even though it is clearly working. Honestly they need to start salting up their chips more often.

Breakfast is very bland. And the wrap needs bringing back. Staff are either amazing or awful depends on what day

Ordered through just eat. Items where missing from the order instead of sending the missing items they said the driver didn't put the food in the bag when it is mcdonalds staff that put the food in the bags not the driver absolutely ridiculous

My burger didn't look much like the picture, I think it may have been assembled using a catapult, tasted ok though.

No screen cleaning in over 20 minutes ,same amount of time to get a cold burger and chips , more interested in getting deliveries ready , won't be going again, very poor

Had an amazingly good plant burger. Easy to order and delivered to our table. Only negative was the Just Eat delivery guy who dumped his delivery bag on our table while we were waiting for our food.

Sick to death of paying for the extra dips and the employees of this restaurant failing to put them in the bag, this has literally happened the past three times I’ve ordered in a row. Can you not read an order receipt?

Quite a slick operation using the drive thru considering how busy they were at time of visit. Not helped by this 4 x 4 driving round 4 times looking for a parking space, even though there were quite a few. Maybe this person should have got a smaller vehicle that they can handle, so the rest of their customers were less inconvenienced!

Messed up again on order. 🤬🤬 When i rang them for them to say it was delivery driver when it wasn't. Disgusting. Had to put one star as cant post. Definitely would be no stars from me
