Millhouse Restaurant & Bar in East Riding of Yorkshire

We had our post wedding meal here on 29th March. The food was very good but what really made our day was the excellent service given from the young man who was in charge, he did everything possible to make our event perfect. Thank you from Mr & Mrs White.

Poor menu, limited choices, inedible duck option. However the service, staff and atmosphere very nice. Very disappointing birthday meal out. Food no where near as good as it used to be.

Excellent venue. Staff were amazing. Food was great. Honestly one of the most welcoming places I have filmed a wedding at. Highly recommend

Highly recommend the Millhouse as a venue for a celebration. We hosted my sisters baby shower for 12 people in the private function room upstairs. It was fantastic. Steve went above and beyond. He couldn't do enough for us. Nice touch with the fizz (thank you). I used the TV screen to play a photo album and host a quiz. I could play by own music. We also had people in the group with dietary requirements (gluten free and dairy free) and they catered to our group brilliantly. Lots of yummy cakes in the Afternoon Tea. Lucy who helped me organise it, was so attentive and responsive. Book your celebration now!

Well that was the worst beef dinner I've ever eaten. Actually I say eaten but I had to leave it. Couldn't cut the beef, the roast veg were soggy mush and the gravy was peppery water. The sprouts were the best thing on the plate. Service was good though

First time here tonight. We booked as where staying at raywell hall park lodge. So it was close as we don't no the area. I wanted some where nice for my husband's birthday. We would definitely recommend to any one and definitely go back. The food was lush I had the streak my husband had the duck. We both had pudfings too. Chocolate brownie & biscoffi cheesecake. Lovely bar lounge if just fancy drinks. The staff where lovely and friendly and very welcoming.

Tasty roast turkey dinner and attentive service. Had to send the meal back as it was tepid at best. Waiter was very quick to apologise and returned with a fresh hot meal.

My boyfriend took me for my birthday and we had a wonderful evening with great service and fantastic food! He has the goats cheese starter and I had the calamari then we both had the fillet steak. One of my favourite places 😊

We ordered a lovely takeaway from The Millhouse Restaurant. We have visited the restaurant on numerous occasions and really enjoy their food normally, but due to current restrictions due to COVID-19 they have started a takeaway service. I wasn’t duly impressed overall and found the price a little high.

Really nice food, only spoilt by the rowdy table close by. Would of been nice if the staff had asked them to quieten down or at least asked them to curb their language for the sake of other customers. We will be back again to give it another go but will wait until the festive season is over and hope for a better experience.
