Molescroft Inn in East Riding of Yorkshire

Delicious home cooked food, and fantastic service, the bar man and waitress were both really friendly and made us feel so welcome. We will be back, highly recommend

First time I had ever been in and it was a lovely atmosphere, great drinks, fab food and polite staff. Will definitely goo again

Had a lovely meal this evening. The young lady Alex was extremely helpful and helped us navigate the menu as my wife is a bit ‘fussy’. Sauces and options were offered and explained. Drinks were promptly topped up and nothing was too much trouble.Highly recommended and we will definitely be back on a regular basis.

Haven't been for many years but took the family. Was impressed with the kind warm welcome. Great beer and even better food at a reasonable price. Portion size was great, was planning on having a pudding but the whole family couldn't manage to eat another thing.

Service was good ,food nice but quite basic. Sadly, they don't have the menu on view on their website. If you go on Sunday it's Sunday dinner or very limited menu.

Amazing , went for the £12 steak night, was such good value for money and so tasty! Will deff be back

Sunday roast beef lunch. It was a nice pleasant meal, but to be harsh, I have had better elsewhere... and worse elsewhere!If anything, it was slightly cooler than it should have been and the beef was the thin pre sliced beef.Veg's fresh and a nice yorky pud.The beef was nice, But to achieve 5* for me I do prefer it off the joint!

I love the gravy here, nice meals but it can be a little hit and miss with portion sizes and the gravy this time was definitely not up to the usual standard. Overall though, it is a lovely place to eat 👍

Great meal at the Molescroft Inn today. We reserved our table of 6 in the morning for 12pm.A friendly greeting on arrival then we were shown to our table. Service very relaxed but attentive, the food was great value, large portions with a home cooked feel to it. The Steak pie was a winner as well as the Sunday lunch, special mention for the chips they were very good indeed. All of our party enjoyed everything especially our two little girls. Well done Molescroft Inn we will be back.

Great food, friendly service, cosy pub.Loved the option of skin on, or skin off the large haddock. I like it skin on. Phenomenal fish, really fresh, lovely batter. Generous portions. A really nice touch was that bread & butter was included.Better than any fish I've eaten in York my home town. Loved it!
