Great restaurant serving beautiful food with very pleasant staff. We all had a meal and it was well worth the money. A credit to you all, 5 Stars Around.

The reptile section used be one of best in area twice been in both times snakes had visible mites! Staff said its normal for them to have?!?! Littarly gone down hill the prices are a joke after years of going in needles to say won't be returning! If you want snakes covered in mites (fleas) more than double prices everywhere else then you'll love it there

An excellent selection of good quality plants some of which are incredibly cheap. At this time of the year lots of vegetable seedlings.Good for rockery stones and ground cover e.g slate and gravel etc.Help and advice avaible, spacious car park especially the parking area allocated to disabled car users.

Great selection of bedding plants and quality perennials. Not too expensive if you look for what's currently on offer.Coffee shop rather disappointing - dry scone and dry coffee cake. Pricy too. ÂŁ4.15 for a small slice!Inly one person on the sales desk to osy when wanting to pay for plants and leave despite being busy on a Sunday afternoon. Will probably try one of the other garden centres nearby

(tues 17th may) the 2 girls in the fish department were knowledgeable helpfull and very friendly. Food in the cafe very nice. A lovely birthday treat from my daughter

Have breakfast here lots of times on a Sunday morning. The food is really lovely that's why we come. But please take the outside layer off the mushroom, it makes it really chewy. I always leave most of it. That's my only gripe. Otherwise perfect.

After a giving up on finding the right herbs due to a limited selection, we went to the cafe. £6 for a one little sausage kids meal, the staff said they couldn’t do another sausage without paying another £6 for the measliest kids meal. 2 year old son left hungry after eating the smallest meal….not enough for a 2 year old. Already annoyed, I then started my chicken burger. Two bites in and I bit into a stone. A pebble was in my chicken burger. Chipped a lower tooth. All the kitchen said was that they don’t know how it was in there because it was boneless chicken breast…and would refund the meal I obviously wasn’t eating that had stones in it. Very comforting. Nothing else was offered. Over priced and sub standard. We then went to pay for our plants - to see a 30 minutes queue and so we abandoned our kart and left…hungry. Terrible from start to finish.

Fantastic range of plants and staff are lovely. The prices have really come down over the years and we picked up a couple of 10ft plum and cherry trees for ÂŁ15 each. Bargain!

First time visiting cafe. Good selection of food on menu, we only had a coffee but it was a nice coffee! Seating area nice and nicely spaced out.I am a regular to the garden centre itself, alot of choice and always happy with the quality of plants.

Went to buy some tropical fish. And a smaller tank for breeding. Stood for 15 min waiting for a member of staff. Went into main part of store found a member staff who tells me he could not serve fish, but would get someone to serve me. He returns to tell me a member staff would come to serve me. Stood for further 15 min for no staff to turn up. Went to info desk to complain ,they stayed they had no staff in the fish store. Told them they should not sell fish if they had no staff to do so.then Went to different fish store and got all I needed in 5 min
