OK, it's new years eve... Maybe you should expect takeaways to be busy. But, you have known about tonight for a whole year, so maybe try preparing for busy periods. 2.5hrs for our order to come when we are literally around the corner from you is unacceptable. On top of that the food was cold... All of it. The pakoras were soggy. The chips were stale. The curry was half a portion at best. We were sent plain Naan breads instead of cheese and garlic ones. To top it off, I don't know what you use in your curry sauce but it stains worse than any curry I've ever had before, bright yellow. Worktops, tray, plate, skin. It's bloody nuclear stuff. Safe to say I won't waste my money here again

Had a veggie option: this was very hot and tasty. Pickle tray we got was also tasty. Always been one of the better takeaways in West hull.

2nd visit this month and the food and service was excellent, cannot fault anything it was very good.

Have tried about 4 or 5 Indian takeaways locally. So glad to have finally found this one. Under new ownership and was not disappointed Prawn purées are scrummy. Consistently good food

quick and fast but extremely poor customer service and poor security of food. onion bhajis were missing from our order and called up (which took 18 attempts) to be accused by the staff that we didn’t order any. which we most definitely did. back and forth arguing with the man who answered the phone constantly saying i must have “forgot” which we didn’t. he reluctantly stated I must have not wrote it down and said we could drive back for them but it’s not local so the meals would have been cold at that point, they refused to deliver saying it was too far away but on JustEat order history they’ve delivered to us before! additionally, the chicken korma was not secured appropriately so it spilt all over the other contents and congregated at the bottom of the bag. bag was kept upright at all times so could not have been our fault but at no point did the takeaway offer a replacement or even ask for more information, they simply don’t care for customers.

Food arrived cold and once plated both our curries was just mainly water, had to pour it off the plate. Had zero flavour at all. Mushroom rice was completely tasteless. Naan bread tasted like the ones from tesco, poppadoms had more flavour then all of it. Honestly can't believe this place still trades when you can goto Iceland and pick up a better ready meal. Very sad. After trying most curry houses in Hull this one unfortunately is the worst by far, you've clearly lost all passion for cooking as this isn't even remotely close to anywhere else. The onion bhaji was probably the best part about it as it was pretty ok.

Food took well over an hour to come and when it arrived they had given me the wrong order, they came back to switch it. Food was very bland and watery and rice was flavourless. Receptionist then asked us to scrape rice from plate back into the tub to be given to the other customer. In the middle of a global pandemic. No trust in them to order again.

Ordered from here tonight. Food took almost 2 hours to come, when it arrived it wasn't piping hot, the nann bread looked and tasted like a cheap shop bought one and the curries was bland. Will not be ordering again.
