Royal Chef in East Riding of Yorkshire

Royal chef what a disappointment! Never thought I’d hear myself say that but not sure what’s gone wrong. Delivery quick but last two meals Iv had seem reheated and not enjoyable. The curry very bland, chips & noodles seemed like warm ups, ribs very dry, fried rice stoggy, such a shame. Once bitten, twice shy…not risking a third

I occasion try other Chinese takeaway locally, but cannot find any that can match the high standard of the Royal Chef

Ok food, very poor service. Was told 20 minutes wait and was 45.

Excellent food was as good as any Chinese takeaway I have had in the area and much better than most I have had. Really good range of choice on the menu , will be going back for more.

This was one of the best Chinese's I have ever had, we are new to the area and this place was recommended. Brilliant 5 stars

Salt n pepper box was lovely. Exchanged ribs for chicken and s+s sauce for curry no problem. Great value for 2 and leftover for tomorrow definitely our new favourite take away

Had a 8inch salt and pepper box and it was good you get quite a lot, chicken balls, ribs, chips, crispy chicken, egg rice, sweet and sour sauce and its £10.80, I couldn't eat it all do i had to take it home!! 😂

First off, the young girl on the phone was unpleasant to speak to, rude character and clearly didn’t care for the business, but we didn’t want one staff member to put us off after the ‘great’ reviews online. Food arrived 20 minutes late (80 minutes), still okay as a long wait is usually the sign of good food.Food was disgusting, unfortunately went completely in the bin after several bites, had to order from another takeaway as was completely inedible and we aren’t picky eaters. Too heavily salted with no authentic flavour. How can meat be grizzly and dry at the same time? Everything tasted the same (just of salt) and sweaty/barley warm like our food had been taken for a spin across several towns. Very disappointing but what can you do when this is what is brought to your door.Would recommend ‘lucky dragon’ as the quality is 10x better in every category imaginable, however the often run out of our favourite dish (must be popular!)

Wanted a Chinese as we are on our holidays. Someone recommended royal chef. I spoke to a lovely lady saying I was a diabetic. She was so lovely and guided me through the menu and sorted me out with what I was asking for. She even found our p/code. Our Chinese was probably one of the best we have had. TThankyou we will certainly order again

Certainly one of the better place for Chinese food in Bridlington.I love the King Prawn Foo Young. The salt boxes are lovely too, but less healthy so I keep them as a special treat.Staff are lovely and delivery is swift. Well recommended 👍
