We had fish and chips for 3 people. The haddock was nice but the chips were swimming in grease. The curry sauce was tasty but overall disappointed 😞

Lovely chippy , best curry sauce we've ever had , fish is spot on the only chippy we use when in withernsea .

If there's a better chip shop in Withernsea/East Yorkshire I'd like to try it excellent fish and chips and a nice bloke as well 👍

This has become my regular since Good Friday 2020 when I couldn't be bothered to defrost some salmon. I went at the back end of the day and stood with the last handful of customers in a real street party atmosphere. Si and Vanessa were smiling and buoyant even after a long lockdown shift on their busiest day! They are both a pleasure to chat to and have banter with while your food is being freshly cooked for you and whether you're a regular or just a one off passer by, you'll get the same friendly welcome, tasty grub and value for money that everyone else gets. This is a real hidden gem so make sure you give it a try.

First time getting food from hereUp visiting from Salford Manchester and found this hidden gem in a side street.The owner and partner were super friendly ans were happy to chat away.The food is absolutely lovely and you get omega for your money!Highly recommend!

Have to agree with all the other reviews. Classic old school chippy. Hidden away from the crowds on way to the lifeboat station.Very friendly server/owner.Settled for fish, chips, curry sauce and scraps.Curry smooth, not the usual rubbish with bits in.Fish and chips cooked in the right stuff and to perfection
