Excellent friendly ambience with super Duper food.

I think this is a lovely Chinese and have been a regular for nearly 2 years and have never had any issues until last night. The man on the phone was impatient and rude but when I went to collect he was even ruder. Couldn't smile, say hello, please, thank you (you know the basics of customer service and being human) and seemed very annoyed that I paid partly by bank transfer which is how I normally pay. If you want your business to do well don't have him front of house.

Food was good but I was waiting ages as they forgot to shout my order for some reason

Very poor customer service, my order was wrong , they gave me the wrong spare ribs , so they told me to bring back the meal I took home. I got there and they would only give me 1 dish back even though I provided them my full order back. So instead I got a refund and was going to order my food again but then wouldn’t let me order anything else from the menu and told me they wouldn’t because I clearly didn’t like their cooking and only offered me prawn crackers! Very rude and not pleasant! Won’t be going again!!

Have only used this take away 3 times in 18 months but we had great food

Orderd a take away and the man behind the counter was extremely rude and impatient. To the point I came out nearly crying. If you value costumer service and politeness avoid here at all costs.

Decor is very plain but the staff are very friendly and the food is delicious! Take aways are always ready on time.
